“Over the weekend I ordered a pizza and a sprite. The pizza was simply just ok but the kicker for me was I didn't get my sprite. I reported on the app and got a free pizza for the mistake with the sprite. Today I figured I'd cash in the free pizza and there was one guy working behind the counter doing everything. This guy is dominos pizza!!! Best pizza I ever got from dominos EVER made quickly and perfect. 12/4/23 between 2 and 3pm whoever that guy was give him a raise dominos you need that guy and more people like him working ur stores!!! Don't play the game of what u can and can't do give him a GOOD I can live comfortably on this raise and keep him as long as u can he definatly deserves its for the hard work and sacrifices he makes for your store and your company. I worked food management long enough to know what good customer service is and what a good employee is and that guy has got it. If I had 10 employees like him in today's lazy self entitled world I would of never left the food buissness. Thank you to the employee for what you do and I hope to get another pizza made by you in my near future. I told myself before I ordered it would be my last dominos pizza and now because of you I wanna come back. THANK YOU!!! I plan on telling everyone I know about you brother!!!“
“Service is great, phenomenally punctual & courteous. No complaints at all with service or delivery. I DO have a problem with a delivery charge???? It really has slowed my ordering down. Kind of frustrating when you order a $17.99 special and it's over 30 bucks with tip. Maybe I'm wrong but if you're charging me to deliver it then that money should go to the driver and I shouldn't tip, my delivery charge IS the tip. The delivery charge and the lack of pasta in the pasta bowls are the only two complaints. Had a layer of noodles on the bottom of the bowl. You would not serve a bowl of pasta to somebody dining in that is 3/4 empty. Fill the bowl please! Other than that the store is two thumbs up, 4 stars.“
