We came here and ordered a butter burger that was supposed to have grilled onions on it. When the burger came out it had raw onions on it and 2 Tbs of uncooked butter. The staff was pretty unfriendly but other than the one burger the rest of the food was good.

I placed and paid for an online order on 4/6/24 for $33.90. When my nephew arrived to pick up the order, he was rudely told that the order was not in their system. He showed them the order number and they said there was nothing they could do. My husband returned with the email confirmation and again was rudely told that because the order was not in their system at the store, they could not fulfill it. They said they would start the process for a refund, which we never received. We simply wanted the french fries we ordered for our party. We weren't given the food we paid for or a refund and I can't find anywhere on any website to make a complaint. The staff and company are a true disappointment.

Overall it's a good restaurant. The service and atmosphere are great. But as for the food well, my double stake cheeseburger was super greasy, and the fries didn't really have a taste to them. As if they just fried a potato and call it a day.

Very dirty inside and had to wait for 20 minutes for them to put onions on my burger that I specifically asked for no onions on. 4 for $4 is priced at $5.29 which makes no sense!!!

I used to love this restaurant chain. They are now the same level as McDonald's, but their food is better quality, so far. But the restaurant has really went downhill, as service seems to suffer as there is nobody there to take your order, except for the drive thru cashier and electronic kiosks. I am all for efficiency, but this is not the way to go, in my opinion.

The guy that handed me my food just shut the window without saying anything. When i called him back to the window, I asked him if that was all the food and he was annoyed that I and with a dirty look said yeah real rude and shut the window again. Definitely not going back, terrible service.
