“We had the supreme pizza, wings and they made a Hawaiian pizza with barbecue sauce for me. Everything was good. The only thing I wish was that the crust was more crispier and I also asked them to make the pizza crispy, which I don’t think they did because I did call at eight and they close at nine so I’ll give them a break for that because it was my fault and I’m sure they wanted to get out of there. “It was our first time visiting here, while traveling through Indiana. And it was quite enjoyable. Milkshakes are 2 bucks on Mondays and who could pass that deal up? I had the chocolate peanut butter and it was so good. My husband had the mint chip which he really enjoyed as well. The burgers are big and the fries are delicious! Also, the Irish nachos are my fave! Hospitality was on point! Such lovely people working there. And it's a fun, 60's type atmosphere. Try it! You won't be disappointed.“

Only have had one bad experience where steaks where all cooked incorrectly.Parking: There's an overflow lot to the north, which accommodates even the busiest crowds.Wheelchair accessibility: No issues with accessibility, however there are a lot of step up booths which may limit wheelchair seating availability.“

“Whenever we travel we like to explore local breweries and distilleries so we were excited to see one so close to Miller Beach, where we were staying.As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed as if it were my local bar and grill. 18th Street has a fantastic mix of local hangout and hip lounge.I was happy to see a wide variety of beers on offer, stouts (my favorite), porters, IPAs, sours and more. While the beers were very good what really got me were the spirits!I'm normally a bourbon guy and their bourbon did not disappoint but what blew me away was their single malt! Sooo smoothI told the manager I wanted to buy a couple of bottles to take home at which point he told me he was going to bring out something special. A limited run cask strength single malt, 120 proof, of the single smoothest whiskey I've ever had!Needless to say I bought four bottles of their whiskey, three for me and one for my uncle.Conclusion, I hope as many people as possible get the chance to enjoy the 18th Street Brewery. “Every Tuesday evening I travel from Crown Point to Portage to meet with friends. I have to decide what restaurant I will eat dinner in on the way. This restaurant always calls me back so I pass countless restaurants on the way to always eat here. I crave the Hot and Sour soup, a pot of hot tea and the Barbecued Pork Lo Mein. The tater tots were also crispy and seasoned well, but the amount they give you seems very small for a meal of that price. Could definitely use another handful!
