I ordered online and they served everyone that was in line that hadn't even ordered yet before doing my order while I was waiting for it. They also gave me a stale looking cookie. The food is too expensive to be dealing with poor service and food quality.
Came to this Jimmy Johns off the highway on my roadtrip with the family. Despite them having a large crew of guys working and nearly no customers, the food took much longer than I expected from a company whom uses the slogan "freaky fast." The food tasted yummy though. No complaints there.

I beg to differ with their slogan. While the service was great and fast, I certainly didn't freak. I feel let down, who wouldn't want to freak? Maybe my threshold for freaking is just a lot higher than their test audience. I love their JJ Gargantuan. Three amazing meals for the price of one. Can't beat that.
