Steak 'n Shake offers good, thick milkshakes like the Oreo cookies and chocolate peanut butter cup. Drive-thru service is quick with no waiting. The food is amazing, fresh, and well-presented, especially the burgers. The staff is fast, presentable, and helpful. The dining room and bathrooms were a bit messy, possibly due to understaffing. Despite this, the overall experience is appreciated. The dining area may need better cleaning, but the return after years was still pleasant, living up to pleasant memories.
