“Went in the store to have 3 sandwiches made, 2 were buffalo chicken ranch sandwiches and a club supreme. The guys were super busy but made sure all attention was on us. The 2 Buffalo sandwiches were wrong when we got home which was upsetting so I ordered 2 more through DoorDash and took the other 2 wrong ones to work for lunch due to a picky eater. When my DoorDash arrived I had a note apologizing with a complimentary brownie, the ability to remember names and orders even though hundreds go through a day is amazing. THANK YOU TO THE MUNCIE JERSEY MILES CREW FOR BEING BETTER AND SETTING THE STANDARD.“

“When I walked in and through up to the counter, place was clean. As I approached the counter, a young gentleman named Corey was prompt to acknowledge me and immediately got prepared and started my order(2 footlongs and a bowl for the family) and followed instructions immaculately, then went above and beyond to bag it all with nice handful of napkins, silverware, and croutons for the bowl. Even stacked the bowl neatly and all ingredients looked and tasted amazing. Wife enjoyed the thin cut on the green pepper and cucumber which was easy for her to eat without her teeth. Corey was very polite.“
