after not getting a shake due to machine maintenance,the lady taking my order suggested a hot chocolate,which I said sounded good.As I waited for my order at the window I watched this lady take special care in making my hot cocoa..Thanks New Albany ,IN white castle lady....,is delicious.
If the workers would wait on the people who get out of their cars and actually go inside with the same considerations as the drive thru ,I could give a higher rating. They focus on the drive thru , and everyone inside has to wait till drive thru gets first takes !!Why???

What is it about White Castle burgers that make you have to buy them when you travel to a place where they have them? Even though the service is terrible (they accidentally skipped our order, good thing we had the receipt) and the eating area is so grungy and low class, we'll probably still go when we're in town. We know we'll end up with stomach aches, but we just can't resist.
