“Omg how can you not stop for a Wetzel Pretzel! One of my favorite places in the mall. Service is always fast and friendly and the pretzel bites are soooo yummy! The portion is generous, but who wants to share! Lol Love love love this place. Pretzels are always fresh and tasty! They even give a mall employee discount! The main one is on the lower level but they even have a 2nd location on the upper level. Do not just walk by - stop by and get one and your taste buds will thank you! “I love bens pretzels especially the pretzel dog. Stopped today while my wife and I were doing some shopping. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and short with the lady in front of me that asked a couple questions and then was extremely rude to me when I ordered so I told her never mind and left.As a business owner I'm not going to leave a 1 star rating over one bad experience but someone needs to know how she's treating customers“
“My son had a great coupon so he bought one thing of pepperoni pizza pretzel nuggets and got a second-order free. He said they were cooked perfectly. Nicely salted and nice and hot with a good amount of pepperoni. This it's right at the end of the food court so it's easy access to get in and out. Lots of different pretzels to choose from and pretzel dogs too.“
“my 2 little boys got a free coupon from locks of fun for a free pretzel stick, put my kids in the car with their grandma, and i ran in to get their free pretzels, which I've done before and also my mother and was denied service because children weren't present. Nowhere on the coupon does it say the children have to be present. Says "one coupon per person" and I couldn't even get the one, i was going to purchase more items as well. Both of my sons are autistic and do not like to go into new places, it was very cold today and they wanted to get into the car. I will not be going back, the two girls were very rude and it was uninviting. my boys always look forward to their pretzels after their haircuts.“
“Pretzels are great, the workers are super sweet, other than that one shorter hispanic with the ben 10 watch, he smells on occasion. They deal with poopy customers very often and handle it well.
