“Got the #2 meal. Came with fries, pickles, potato salad, toast, and a side sauce. Went with the Supahot heat level. The chicken was crunchy and juicy. The Supahot is hot, but manageable. It has good flavor. Really like that it comes with potato salad. It's great. And don't skip the toast. It's super good. Overall, a great hot chicken place. I will come back.”

“I took My Daughter and 2 Grandsons to eat dinner on Friday, Dec 13th. Our server, Imani C, couldn't have been more irresponsible. 1st, My Grandson ordered a lemonade, and was brought a sprite. He kept it anyway. My Daughter ordered a SMALL salad, and was brought a LARGE one. ( was charged for large) and She kept that too. My Grandsons ordered a pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni. Got pepperoni on ALL of it. So as to not have them wait while my Daughter and I ate, We kept it also. My Daughter ordered My Son In Law a large order of Homer's donuts, only was given 3. Took My Son, Grandsons , and Husband to eat at Texas Roadhouse last week, and We all got steak dinners for the price we paid for Pizzas here!! Have eaten here numerous times before with no problems. This was a horrible visit, and it will be a long time before I bring My Family here again!! ☆☆It was the Schererville In location.☆☆”

“My server Irene was nice and very attentive. She suggested a couple of entrees. The Billionaires Bacon Burger was satisfying and the Sweet Potato Fries were delicious!! The Pineapple Habanero Wings were a solid 10/10. They also have the coldest Draft Beers I've ever had so that's definitely a plus. The atmosphere was comfortable. I genuinely recommend you give them a try.”

“I've been a long time fan dating back to when they were in Calumet city. I've used them for catering several times with great success. always enjoy stopping in to grab something to eat as well. I do miss the bone-in pork chop sandwich but I can understand how selling that might be a bit of a liability. LOL all in all, the place never disappoints”

“So I love their ice cream. If I was rating the ice cream it would be five stars. But if you get ice cream do not get it strawberry flavored or flavored anything. The flavoring in the strawberry ice cream is horrendous. Worst artificial flavor ever. Stick to vanilla and chocolate coated 😆”

“Kyoto Ramen is not a fancy restaurant, but their food and service never disappoints! I have to watch my salt. Kyoto's food is very flavorful, not too salty. They also offer a large array of Asian style sweet drinks and ice cream.

“We ordered the cod dinner on 1/29 and it was delicious. However, when we sat down in a booth we noticed an elderly lady struggling to walk up the icy sidewalk from the parking lot. When the young man brought our food we told him about it and suggested someone spread salt on the area. He was nice and thanked us for mentioning it. However, in the 45 minutes we sat there no one followed through and actually salted the sidewalk. Not good, Culvers.”

“We love Brewhouse and visit at least a couple times per month. They rotate their drink menu, there are always good local options (e.g., IPAs, Stouts, Lagers, Sours, Ciders), and they have a nice outdoor seating area that can be used during the warmer months. The bartenders are nice and playful and their food menu includes some clearly identified vegan options. They also have a couple of old arcade games you can play for free and have a bingo night, which is fun.”

In contrast, my previous experiences hosting annual board meetings at an alternative location were marred by substandard service. Cayla, the host, was a true asset. During the wine tasting, Charletta provided comprehensive insights into the various wines, including Scarletto, which became my new favorite. Our server, Jenn, delivered outstanding service, and we intend to request her assistance for all future events. I ended my night at the bar and my bartender Michelle was quite the mixologist”

“Came through the drive thru Saturday evening late....about a half hour before they closed. The girl who took our order was so sweet and polite. It was nice to hear someone be so kind and seem to love their job still so much despite all the craziness going on with places being short staffed. Our food was all correct and hot. I told the girl how she made my day and she was so thankful...definitely a great employee and someone they need to keep around. Keep up the good work!!”

I'm being charged for food that isn't received. Phone calls go unanswered, and giving feedback is pointless as that is ignored. The one time I gave feedback about feedback being ignored I was informed they are "busy" and will get to it ASAP. That was now at least 9 months ago. 3 times of paying to not get what I ordered is too many. There won't be a 4th.”

“This place is going downhill fast. I emailed Aurelios in Schererville about an experience 3 wks ago they NEVER got back to me.... we take my mom here every time we visit her. We've had issues yesterday 5.12.24 and the time before as well. I complained about getting the cookie my mom loves because it was brought to the table and was entirely melted ice cream and whip cream so melted you could pour it like water. Yesterday the pizza was entirely burnt and so hard . If they do something wrong and you complain about it believe you will pay for it if you return. This was our pizza yesterday that we asked them to cut in squares. Happy Mother's day to us.”
