LongHorn Steakhouse can be quite busy, especially during holidays, but the bartenders are helpful and ensure prompt service. However, there have been issues with drink selections and preparation of some dishes. For instance, the spinach dip was enjoyable, but the pita chips were not cooked enough. Also, the steaks have been reported as not being prepared according to orders and having an excessive amount of fat. Despite the good flavor of the steaks, this resulted in a disappointing experience for some customers.
