“I went to a Subway a few says ago and was pretty disappointed, but Subway is convenient. I decided I would try a different one. This subway was way better than my last experience. I wanted the cold chicken, and instead of telling me no, she said that it is recommended it get heated. I don't like it heated, and she was perfectly fine with it. She didn't try to argue like the last subway. Of course, the food was also delicious.“

“I was on my way home from work and saw a sign from the road that they are having a sale on my favorite, the Philly Cheesesteak. I'm glad I turned around. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they were made exactly as I asked. The store was very clean. I was greeted by 2 friendly and personable staff members who have been with the company for a long time. The Store Manager for 13 years and most all of the other staff has been there since they opened 5 years ago. This tells me Penn Station not only has great food but they must be a great company to work for. Good luck in your endeavors. I'll probably be a regular customer now that I know you're there. ??“

“We have Savannah Chopped salads frequently, either via pickup or delivery, and it seems that at least every other time there’s an issue: I order with no cukes but we get cukes; I order extra salad dressing but we don’t get extra salad dressing; etc. Today they arrived with no cheese. Y’all need to tighten up your to-go order quality!“

“Maaannnn! I've been sleepin on JJ! I always forget about it, and haven't had it in years. Was in the mood for a sandwich today, and decided to give them a try. First time ordering from this location. Not freaky fast, but definitely not bad at all. I prefer my food to taste better, even if that means it takes a few minutes longer to get to me. “There’s a Subway closer to our house but we chose this one. Customer service and portion size is far more superior than the other stores. It’s always clean and the quality is great. Plus, they have a drive-through which makes it very convenient.“
