“If Miguels had not come recommended, we would never have known it was there! Located next to the grocery store in town, it is set off the street with little fanfare. But it is one GREAT Mexican restaurant. I had the chimichanga and a peach margarita. Both were delicious. Watch out for the margaritas! They are huge! Ask for David. He is a great server. Great food, great service and great prices!“

“We scheduled a guided distillery tour and were amazed by the knowledge, process, and passion of the distillers including Justin, our guide, as well as Alan, the Head Distiller who joined us and added even more to our experience. We were so impressed with the start-to-finish process and the explanations that Justin gave throughout the tour. He provided a great amount of detail and science to the distillation process, but kept it understandable for us novices. Justin was great about answering any questions we threw his way and added his own personal experiences to the storytelling that really made it enjoyable and informative. He even asked us about our own tastes and recommended certain spirits at the tasting, which is included. We got more than we paid for and would highly recommend the guided tour!“

“I am a big fan of Papa John's unfortunately in Louisville Kentucky where I lived the Papa John's franchise has went downhill so when I came to Indiana and visit my burst Papa John's Pizza which is in West Baden springs I was very impressed to see that they have stuck with the old ways and the Great taste of the pizza when I walked into this Papa John's it was like walking into my very first one..... This is the best Papa John's restaurant I've ever been in the food is great! The staff keeps a smile on their face makes you feel good you walked in the door this place is highly recommended.“

“The tasting is SO reasonably priced and the woman assisting us took our wine order and made a case for us which had a decent 16% discount. We decided the atmosphere was so nice that we'd enjoy lunch here. Our friends had the fried ravioli and spaghetti which looked fantastic but the burgers were exceptional and build your own with an option for fried egg and bacon! The surprise factor was the adorable bun stamp which did give the slightly toasted bun not just decadent but fun. Don't let outer appearances steer you away because the inside is so classy but with a relaxed menu. Recommended!!!“

“We went and had a late dinner last night. Staff was respectful and pleasant. Our waitress was extremely nice and took extra care of us. We both had mushroom and Swiss burgers. I had Philadelphia rolls and my partner had gyoza for appetizers. The only reason i did not rate the food 5 stars is because the ices sweet tea tasted spoiled. Other than that everything was great we also loved the branding on the bun.“

“Slow service to start, but our server (more accurately the bar) caught up fairly quickly. The real issue was the drunk guy 4 tables away. Everyone in the place heard every word he said. Certainly not the server's fault, unless she didn't notify management. He should have certainly been asked to move on.... Not surprisingly, heard the same loud mouth a few tables over at the casino a couple of hours later. Much easier to deal with that, than during dinner.“

“Following our practice of not eating at chain restaurants, we used our experience to guide us here because the parking lot was filled with pick up trucks. Greeted by Charlotte, we were offered menus and asked for drink orders. We both ordered chicken and dumplings - one of the specials. We learned that despite the relatively early afternoon time of our visit, we got the last two servings of this comfort food special... that told us it had to be popular with the regulars. I had my plate with mashed potato and gravy, my friend had german potatoes and brown beans ... both described as obviously home made and tasty. For desert, my friend had the peach cobbler ... thought it was a little too sweet for him. I had coconut pie and ate every bite while making yummy noises. Two full meals, two pies, two ice teas with refills was $20! A gem and deserves a visit. Breakfast and lunch only...“

“Their pizza is done just right. They have a great bite of sauce which most pizza’s lack. It was cheesy and had a good portion of pepperoni. I like that it’s on the thinner side because I don’t like eating mainly bread. It reminds me of New York Style Pizza, but better!“

“Stopped through French Lick to watch a college basketball game at a sports bar, and Legendz seemed a good place to try. Verdict — this place has very good food, and a decent environment, the inside is pretty clean and nothing to complain about. Not as lively as a Buffalo Wild Wings, but the food is better by far. Would definitely recommend the Indiana Hoosier pork sandwich, and the sweet potato fries. We tried several flavors of their boneless wings and the garlic Parmesan was incredible. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you ever visit French Lick.“

“Great service, great views, the salmon BLT needed better bread and the bacon was too sweet ( syrup or sugar added to the crust and not needed )... appetizer chicken wings were very very good!!! Steak nachos off the appetizer menu also good, great steak and the other components were pretty good, tiny amount of guac and too big of a glob of sour cream.... My spicy shrimp pasta dish, shrimp were cooked perfect and great but the pasta sauce no spice at all and it was ok, pasta was good but the sauce was just off.... Great photos to look at and a good sized barParking: Parking is on the lower level so it's a little uphill walk and then to the ramp or stairs to enter the pro shop/restaurant“

“We eat here almost every time we come to French Lick. Either in the restaurant or take it back to the resort to have a movie night with our daughter. Great "old school" pizza place and the people working there have always been very friendly.“

Our French Lick visit and surrounds visit was most enjoyable.We stated off with an Orange Cream and an Old Fashioned for drinks with our usual water with lemon.Eats were a Greek Salad, a Bacon Cheddar Burger, and Mushroom Soup. It is very hard to mess up a Greek salad, it was very good. The Soup and Burger were excellent!Thank you William, we enjoyed our visit!“
