Understaffed, which is commonplace these days. My waiter made a valiant effort to keep up with everyone, but 2 weeks in a row where he was on his own to wait on everyone (other servers didn't show up) shows that they need to reevaluate their employee
I've been going here on and off for at least 10 years. It's never been good, but covid destroyed them and they never recovered. The food is fine-ish, but the service is completely non-existent. I stopped even trying and get takeout now, but that still means you have to get somebody to give you your food when you arrive. If you go here, expect to wait despite tables appearing open, as they seem to be chronically understaffed.Aside from waiting longer than at other places, everything has been wonderful. Servers are friendly and the food has always been excellent. Using app rewards and deals in-store has always gone smoothly as well.
