“Stopped in for lunch and tried the Friendlys Fried Chicken. Everything was freshly cooked and piping hot when served.Its no frills, reasonably priced, good ole bar food.Parking: There is a lot next to the bar.Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed...over 21 only“

“It's a total dive, but it literally has the miloyst diverse crowd I've ever seen. Hippies and socialites in fur coats .lol ..cheap basic drinks. Always seems to be something going on. I recently moved to neighborhood so it's 2 seconds away. Also as a single woman. The vibe was chill and the bartenders are mindful. Never felt uncomfortable stopping for a drink in the way on home, or getting a cocktail on a random Tuesday by myself. I never felt like prey, so ++ on that.“

“Guinness on tap! Drink specials (even on weekend). Blanton's and Eagle Rare bourbon $21 and $15 neat, respectively... fair enough prices on fancy bourbon. Pretty bar and lots of pool tables. Nice and cool inside. Happy to have a pint b4 show at the Vogue!“

“Came with enough cash to pay for 2 burgers at the website price, (because they only take cash) only to discover the website prices are out of date. Had to get cash at the ATM in house and pay a $4 ATM fee. Please be courteous and update your website prices. Burger was great“

“Great dive bar with good food. After reading the reviews I expected some magical meal here, but it was just good. Nothing special unfortunately. We had the everything pizza, burger, and two other sandwiches. All fairly good. Loved the dive bar atmosphere, complete with cigarette smoke. Hard to find a smoking bar, especially one that serves good food. Young lady was our server and was great. I would recommend it if you like this kind of place, like I do.“

“Very very tasty! I have celiac disease, and felt confident eating here, especially due to their separate gluten-free fryer and allergen menu. We got the pizza fries with the garden topping, and shared the poblano burger as well as the wedge salad. All very delicious!Dietary restrictions: They have a separate allergen menu!“

“As a New Englander it reminded me of pubs back home. Knick knacks on the wall, a full bar on a Thursday and friendly staff. While the chowder wasn't authentic New England it was pretty dang good and I would happily order it again. Kudos to this neat little hole in the wall.“

“This is an amazing place. The atmosphere is great and the seem to have a lot of events to include but not limited to karaoke and poker tournaments. The food is good and they have the best wings. Try the Ricky Bobby suicide wings, they are the best.“

“Whewwwww the smoke is bad in here. We walked in on a Friday night and it looked like we were walking into somewhere with a fog machine lol If you can get past the smoke, it's a pretty awesome place. It was our first time in and we were just looking for a night cap. Rob was an icon and kept us laughing. He was so jolly and you could tell he loved his job. The drinks were cold and it seemed as if there were a ton of regulars. They have a couple of pool tables and pull tabs. Wish we lived closer so we could come back more, but will stop by when we are in the area again. Hopefully though next time, everyone and their grandma won't be smoking.“

“Great place but the wait staff needs to be more consistent on what/how much is charged for drinks. Bought buckets of beer 3Xs, and was charged 3 different prices. Maybe that’s why there isn’t much of a crowd or many people walked in, took one look and walked out!“

“First time here. Had lunch. Went with their signature burger meal. I love whe. Its real beef and cooked to order. Ran that thing through the garden rare. It came like a club sandwhich. Very good. Fries okay and sort of a small serving. Staff is awesome chipper, bubbliy and engaging to the patrons and glasses stayed full. Oh and it was fast for lunch as well as lunch price appropriate. That means you can get a real meal affordably with sports on tv for lunch in time to eat it. Hell yes. Thats important to me anyways. Thanks Jamie!“

“Solid little bar in Brownsburg. Drink prices are excellent. Friendly staff and excellent service. Solid bourbon selection and good food. Great atmosphere, with friendly patrons.It does allow smoking, which I suppose can be a plus or negative depending on the person but a plus for me. Decent size outdoor area as well. Probably my favorite bar in the Brownsburg area.“

“I wanted to try their new revamped menu, and I was NOT disappointed!! Fried chicken, yams, macaroni and cheese, greens, and cornbread....I was pleasantly surprised!! His Place Eatery AND Kountry Kitchen better watch out!! I had to come leave a review, because I was THAT pleased...nothing like having a taste for soul food and every item hits the spot....That butter on that cornbread was amazing, and the yams taste like grandma's sweet potato pie recipe!“

“I stopped here for dinner after work. The bartender was on point. I had a drink and menue in my hand in less than two minutes. This is a bar and grill with an open concept and plenty of TVs. Seems like it would be fun to party here on the weekend, but the food is good, and it came out quick.“

And this location is VERY busy so I understand.I was surprised how good the food was, carnitas nachos were killer and was huge! “Holycow! I ordered a grape Long Island thinking i would get a glass. Nope!!! They gave me a pitcher!We ordered nachos- i got the brisket. My friend got chicken. Both of us hated our meat choices!They give you a huge cup of cheese!I recommend not meat on the nachos.“
