Bricks & Brews.. hands down is the BEST Wood Fired Brick Oven PIZZA PIE in the 4-States Area..!!!! "The Crust is Amazingly Spectacular too" and enjoy in a Fun Eclectic Atmosphere.. Excellent Bartenders and Wait Staff, Great Live Music in the evenings.. and on Route 66.. what are you waiting for..Just Tell-m "Banzai" sent you.! : )
Really good atmosphere! Wasn't a fan of the pizza my hubby chose, but I loved the appetizer! Will go back and try a different pizza! The margarita tasted like a mix, but it still tasted good.

Stopped for lunch passing through Baxter Springs. Bricks & Brews Woodfire Grill and Pub proved to be a good choice. Typical small town establishment with good home cooked food, 9 commercial beers on tap, and friendly locals enjoying lunch and a beer. Server was efficient, food came promptly, and the beer was cold. Portions were generous. We enjoyed the Cavatappi Pasta and Greek Salad.
