“Ordered at the kiosk as I've done in the past and just waited in front of the kiosk on the wall for the text to say my order was ready. Some time passes and the staff are asking others if they were here to pickup but no one asked me anything. I continue to wait but I see a bag sitting but didn't bother to ask if it was my order because I have not moved since I've ordered and no One has addressed me like they did the other guest and I haven't received a text message.Message comes 15min after order was placed which is fine but when I go to get my food and the guy ask what my name is and grabs the bag that appears to be the same bag that's been sitting for awhile (keep in mind burger and fries 10min sitting is equivalent to 30min due to how quickly it gets cold). I ask has that bag been sitting awhile he says no it just came up, I reluctantly believe him because I was looking at my phone for a min so just maybe It could have been a different bag. Get to the car and everything is warm but closer to room temp. I'm instantly annoyed because either you served me old food or you lied and the bag has been sitting in my face the entire time while you looked in my face and didn't bother to say what's the name on the order just to check and make sure my order wasn't ready and you forgot to send my text message. Things happen but service is crucial if you want repeat customers. $15 in the trash because cold food sucks, let's do better.I am editing my review due to the response from ownership. I'm not sure how I ended up with lukewarm food since when I ordered I never left the ordering space, I could see every fresh burger prepared right in front of me however my order didn't reflect what was in my bag and I didn't have the time to get it remade due to picking up my son. However I will admit I was extra excited to get my burger due to it being the only thing I can eat in Lenexa due to limited vegan choices. I didn't think anyone would care about my small disappointment and the fact that a response was made from management made my day. So I revise my review because it's not the end of the world and I have always had great food when I do come to Cosmo. Thank you for response it was really appreciated. I will be back☺️“

“I love that there is a mix of people working, friends catching up, and groups meeting to chat. There is lots of seating and even gluten free goodies, so I was able to have a scone! The coffee was delicious- I ordered an americano. I wish I had taken pictures of the cozy, and light atmosphere. “We had a reservation and were sat at a table that wouldn’t work for a meeting. They completely accommodated us and moved us to another. We decided we wanted to move to the patio and they accommodated us again! From hostess to bartender to server all were top notch. Wish I could name them all out loud!! Plus the food was amazing! “I ❤ Mema's Bakery and have been a longtime customer for many, many years. I mentioned to a friend I would be stopping by and between the two of us we ordered two walnut and one cream cheese potivica, one apple and one cherry strudel, one boston cream pie and two brownies. Everything was absolutely delicious. If you want the freshest and best quality bakery items, made and served with love by some of the best people on the planet at very affordable prices, do yourself a favor and stop by Mema's Bakery. “By far best Pizza I had. Pitta with pesto is good to try. Apart from good food best service in town. Staff is very courteous and understand your requirements. All Pizzas are good, nicely done good cheese and surprisingly not chewy if it gets old and you eat little late. Five star for the staff. Manager Steve and Morgan who served us last was phenomenal.“

Our waiter was amazing, when he brought out our food my boyfriend was given the wrong dish and he didn't even realize (they just forgot to add broccoli) after he started eating the waiter came back and apologized for the mistake and offered to replace his current chicken Alfredo with another chicken Alfredo with the broccoli added. We told him it was no big deal and we were fine! The waiter came back a couple minutes later and gave us the other meal completely free because he felt bad about the mix up. Then the manager came over and apologized again, and gave us a $25 gift card as well for the mix up! Overall we had amazing food, and amazing service! “I went to eat there everything was great the food, the service, the drinks. The only thing that my husband didn’t like was we asked for a large queso and they came back with its 12.99 are you sure you want it.“

The other night we ordered up a cheese and pepperoni (look at those delicious huge slabs) and a Margherita with basil chicken and fresh basil added. A side of their baked meatballs and 2 orders of cheese garlic bread. OMG, we were delighted! Crispy crust, bold flavors in the pizza sauce, absolutely delicious pizza and those meatballs were perfect texture and taste. Tasted homemade, I can't confirm, but try for yourself and you'll see. We hadn't had Topp'd since before the last 2 years of shutdowns, wish we had not waited so long. The Instamatics were rocking out to a mostly geriatric crowd (us included!), dancing up a storm. Great night!
