“Very busy on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm so we decided to wait until Sunday morning to avoid the crowds. Sunday morning around 11:20 was perfect! Great service and the waitress gave us guidance on ordering to avoid gluten cross contamination due to celiac disease. My daughter, who has Celiac, ordered the BLT lettuce wrap and it was amazing along with a side salad with a vinaigrette dressing. I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun, which was perfectly done. “I am here in Edwardsville on a work trip and ordered pick up here today. The burger was absolutely delicious and I am only disappointed that I didn't try it sooner on my trip so I could have had it every day. The woman at the counter is super nice and if I am ever back in this area, I will for sure be coming here often. “We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. Great employees, good food, thank you Austin's Lone Elm for a great experience!“

“Got the daily special it was the Chicken Fried Chicken, it wasn't the best chicken fried chicken I have ever had, but it was decent, it could be better if the gravy wasn't between cold and warm - I like my gravy to be hotter, not burning my tongue but definitely not feeling like my plate sat and my gravy lost it warmness. I also thought that I would get a bigger portion of chicken fried chicken at that cost and I asked if it was a lunch portion and they said no. Fries and green beans were great. The nachos with beef was good my wife said, I tasted one and the nachos were a bit soggy, I like my nacho chips to be a little more crispy.The service was mediocre, I had to wait a little longer to get a refill and some extra napkins, but they were busy during lunch. Although they are busy here's a hint if you are a waiter or watress if you pass by a table even if it isn't yours and you see a person's drink near the edge of table and not full maybe ask if you need a refill. I tipped the girl 20% but probably should have tipped 10% for the service. I tipped her 20% because she was really nice, but if I were management I would definitely look into this issue. You have a lot of staff and someone could have noticed my drink not even half way full.Lastly I want to say the atmosphere is great, lots to look at in the bar and you have friendly staff but service and food should be your top priority as a restaurant owner. When either of those are lacking it could keep people from returning.I don't live close by this restaurant and live in Western Shawnee so venturing out to your restaurant is a little out of my way so hopefully my next visit (Yes I will return with my family) will be better. I only dinged one star each for food and service, hopefully next time I can give 5 stars across the board.“

“I stopped for lunch today in Stillwell. Bought three Bourbon Burgers with fries . After getting back to the crew 10 minutes later and cracking the box open, I was immediately impressed with the burger and the fries. We are all over the city and have had many different burgers from well known spots. I have to say it was so great that I made it a point to drive all the way back to tip the truck an additional tip. “A friend of mine recommended this place as she frequents so much, they know her by name. With that being said, I had to try! I've personally never been to the location, but I have visited a food spot next to it and it seems to be very spacious with plenty of parking especially during the day. We ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, Buffalo ranch on the side so we could control the sauce amount as well as the spice, extra ranch on the side and a couple tator tots (clearly eaten before the photo was taken). Surprisingly for as simple as it is, the chicken had a delicious grilled flavor, lettuce super crisp, cheese delish and the Buffalo sauce had a little tanginess to it that just pulled everything together. I'd definitely come back and I look forward to trying other items on the menu!“
