“I love this place. They have the best bbq pulled pork nacho. One order is enough for 2 people. My friend always looks forward to the fish basket and enjoys it so much. Some of the other customers order the cheeseburgers. I’ve seen them take a bite of the burger, pause, and smile after the second bite.”

“The only thing I would change is that the pool tables need to be refelted and leveled desperately.Service was quick. The bartenders are friendly, and everyone there is very welcoming. The tables roll slow and to the side. There are a couple of deadspots on the rails, but that happens over time. Overall, a solid 4/5 experience.”

“Always good ? The only drawback is on the app you have to spend a certain amount because of delivery and can't order my item without having to order a $1 more for delivery when I am out of the delivery process before I check out. Just need to ask those questions before you order. (Slice app)”

“Our server was wonderful. I had the tamale breakfast and a gluten free Pancake. Our server didn't like the first pancake made so she told the kitchen to remake it before she brought us our food. I have never had a server not like something and request a replacement before I even knew anything was wrong! It was really busy, and they were short staffed, but I didn't see any of that stress in any of the servers there. “My daughter and I wanted to stop for lunch somewhere so we stopped at Gigi's. I ordered the beef tips and my daughter had the chicken fried steak meal. Everything was so freshly made and delicious!! “We were visiting family in Kansas recently, and they suggested we take a shot at Gigi's, since it's a favorite of theirs.Always trust a local.We arrived and parked in the back parking lot, walking through a sketchy looking alley and entering by a back door. At that point, I was already sold.... :)We were seated promptly, even though a regional rodeo was going on in C'ville that night, eventually filling the place up.Local family members opted for a burger and salad, while The Wife went with the Cuban sandwich, and The Kid going for the ever predictable Taco Salad. Myself, being a bastion of predictability, went with the Chicken Fried Steak.... cuz that's how I roll. We also ordered some chips and queso for The Kid and the table.Super friendly wait staff and nice atmosphere, if not a little bit noisy, but that's just the place itself, not a bad thing at all. In truth, the party behind us (12 or more people) made up for most of the noise, and I did throw them the occasional side eye when it got a little loud, not that it made any difference.The chips and queso arrived quickly, and to my surprise was served in a taco shell bowl. Outstanding touch on that. The cheese was flavorful and a good consistency. I could have done that whole order by myself.Food arrived quickly, and it all looked great. I was told the fries are bottomless, and after having a couple off The Wife's plate, I could easily see hitting a refill or two. They were outstanding.The Wife loved her Cuban, and the one bite I managed to get helped me understand why. Plenty of meat, well seasoned and cooked like a good Cuban should be, it was a worthy effort.The Kid's Taco Salad was good, better than most in fact. Given the limits of her taste profile, there's only so much one can do with a taco salad, but Gigi's nailed it. Well seasoned beef, plenty of ingredients and well served.My CFS was easily one of the best I've ever had, and I've had some good ones. Not only was it a sizeable chunk of meat thick enough to actually have two sides, but it was fork tender, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would have one again in a heartbeat.My ONLY contention was when I instructed our server to make sure I got the bill, she flat out ignored me and gave it my brother in law. I guess there's a little loyalty among locals, and if that's all I can gripe about, it was a good night.Seriously though.... Gigi's is the kind of local eatery every town in America should have at least one of.Coffeyville is the better of for having Gigi's.”

“Well, today was the day that I stopped here and tried a Cheeseburger and French Fries. I received many strange looks as I jumped out of my Mustang and wandered in looking for a burger. I had to ask a cattle auction cashier where the restaurant was. She just looked at me and pointed. I found a room with some TV screens of live cattle being sold and the sounds of an auctioneer barking away. A girl appeared at the counter and asked if she could help me. I told her I'd heard they had a good burger and she asked what I wanted on it. I ordered a Cheeseburger & French Fries and a Tea. She asked if I wanted it to go... I said no, I'll eat it here. There were only a few tables but I found a spot. While waiting there was a group on local men (ranchers) behind me. They were chatting it up and having a good time and I'm from around here but I couldn't understand a word they were saying. A little fear creeped in as I was clearly out of my element. Just then the girl brought me my plate and I hungrily dug in. The first bite was amazing the beef flavor was the best I've ever had with melted cheese and what appeared to be home grown tomatoes and Ice cold crispy lettuce and great pickles. The French Fries were fresh cut and very hot and I salted them immediately. This turned out to be the best Cheeseburger and French Fries I've ever had and I've had them all over the United States. By half way through I needed more napkins the beef was so juicy that by the end I was looking for a garden hose to clean up with. I felt lucky to have escaped unharmed and I still don't know what those cowboys were saying, I'm sure they were plotting my demise so I just didn't make eye contact. The moral of the story is, when the girl asks you if you want it to go, get it to go!!!”

“the girl working the drive thru on march 21 around 6-7 pm was very apologetic about the wait and very nice even though they seemed very busy and brought our food out within about 15 minutes. i wasn’t sure of her name just wanted to give her props because i know how stressful working a drive thru can be ?”

“Well the service has gotten way worse . They are as slow as mud flowing uphill. Due to lack of help I am assuming. Good luck getting fries hot or a coke that isn't watered down from ice melt. Hopefully some ppl will get jobs there and perhaps they will be good again.”
