Interior looks great, staff were friendly. We went at a time that was not busy. There was only 1 customer in there but at least 5 staff members working. We ordered and waited. The other customer waited 20 minutes for their food and we waited just under 20 minutes. The only request for the food was that one sandwich not have a pickle spear. It came with a pickle spear. I felt sorry for the only 2 people working last night taking care of the call in, online and in person orders.I ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes. By the time I left there were 3 working.I would think the Manager would have been on top of this situation knowing it's the Holiday season ?

The latest great sandwich spot of Derby, just north of Rock and Patriot Avenue. This fine chain has some superb hot sandwiches so this location is highly welcomed, especially for being a quick drive for all at McConnell Air Force Base. For my fist visit, the sandwiches were awesome, service was fantastic, and the dining area was spaciously set up with a great visual tribute to firefighters. I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs.
