I'm an old ex-grocery truck delivery driver, used to deliver KC area & delivered to most of the BBQ places in KC. I would stack up what I tried tonight against any KC BBQ!!! Of the BBQ I've had while staying in Emporia Kansas this is my top so far. Generous portions, flavor and tenderness were spot on. Only thing this guy is missing is a building of his own in a decent location. I'd recommend and I've been back and will continue when I'm in the area! Great job sir! The sides have been good too.
