I just shouldn’t eat at IHOP anymore. Slow service, no customer service. Small stingy portions for waffle toppings. Even asked for a little extra and they came back with like a teaspoons worth. Chocolate cake is mass produced somewhere else. This one was clean and no weird smells. I was optimistic that it was a good one, but I was wrong. I should have gone somewhere else for a sweet craving.

They got my mom's order wrong and put the gravy on her steak when she said no. Forgot my dad's pancakes. And my side of hashbrowns took 20 minutes when my mom had a side of them. My mom's were burnt and unedible and mine were oily? I've never had a bad experience here and don't like to be a complainer and they seemed to be understaffed. We were sat quickly though.

LOVE IHOP but at this one they scam you for ordering fruit with your omelet. When we mentioned it to the manager, he said "it's listed on the menu". Mmmmm, no it's not, it says the specialty pancakes with your omelet are $2.49 extra NOT the fruit! BTW, the "fruit" was ONE piece of cantaloupe, ONE piece of melon, ONE nasty piece of pineapple and TWO grapes.
