“We stopped here on our way through back to Canada. It was mid lunch hour and the place was full and drive thru was busy. The server was friendly, the burgers and fresh cut fries were delicious and prepared quicker than expected (with how busy they were). It's a small, local restaurant obviously with a good reputation given how busy they were.

“Needed a special, last minute cake. Decorated perfectly and was on my way in just a few short minutes. Audrey is the cake decorator and did an amazing job, and due to the nature of me buying the cake, she brought me to tears with her love and kindness. There is a fund raiser for her family due to home and vehicle loss. Go to the Great Bend Dairy Queen and show this young lady some love.”

“We love scooters! Our work does a coffee run weekly to various coffee shops. Scooters and Hattie Jo’s in Ellsworth are our top picks. Our coworker drives 25 miles+ 1 way just for our coffees. The drive thru is our biggest complaint being as it’s so narrow. We’ve never been disappointed with Scooters and I hope it stays that way. Worth the drive for all of us.”

Sarge's is a great place to spend your precious time off work. You can play pool, cards, pinball, games, darts or come in on karaoke nights to dance and play super🌟star in a friendly environment. Be brave and sing the song of your people among the good natured folks who will cheer you on and appreciate your uniqueness. Always something to make you smile at Sarge's. It's truly a place to be proud of. You will be safe there if you worry about violence because it is snuffed out immediately by the attentive staff and the basic good nature of the people who go there. Come on down. I know my friends there are waiting to meet you!”

“Nice large Super Center. The people here are real nice and friendly. This store has ample parking for large vehicles. The shopping district in Great Bend really makes shopping easy. Just about all of the major retailers are on the main highway through town.”

“I ordered 2 large classic combination pizzas. First thing I noticed was that the pizzas were made by 2 different people. 1 pizza had a lot of sauce and little cheese while the other pizza had less sauce and more cheese. The pizza with less sauce and more cheese was better. They also didn't put onions on the pizzas. I missed that. The price lately has been steady. There for awhile when I ordered the same 2 large combination pizzas the price was all over the place once as much as $43.00. After being charged that I went to Casey's for awhile.”

“Working in town for the day. Wanted a cherry turnover for my drive home. Was told they had to cook and that was too long for me to wait. Got Oreo Bites instead. Waited in line a bit to get my order. Got to the window and a smiling girl handed me the sack as I was handing her my credit card to pay. She apologized for not having the turnover and for the wait and wouldn’t take my card. She said have a good evening. I was shocked and amazed. The apology was great. Making me forget that I didn’t get the turnover and had to wait will bring me back. I left and went down the street to get a Diet Dr Pepper at McDonalds as I’m very partial to the quality/flavor and the styrofoam cups for long drives. I was stuck in line 11 mins waiting for 1 drink. When I got to the window. “Diet Dr Pepper?” was the greeting from the associate. That was it. I’ll be back to your Arby’s because of your customer service. I won’t go back for my drink at McDonalds!! Thank you for valuing your customers! That $2.60 comp will not be forgotten!”
