“Quaint local diner in historic Inman, Kansas. I have fond memories of eating here with my grandfather and my most recent visit did not disappoint. The verenika is amazing and my wife loved the German sausage and sauerkraut. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend that you stop and ask for Polly.”

“The beef brisket was delicious, the creamy potato salad was awesome, but the coleslaw did not really have any flavor and the Texas Toast was not really toasted. However, the brisket and the potato salad made it worth the trip. Inside is a bit worse for wear, with generic restaurant equipment and tables that had napkins under the legs to keep them from rocking back and forth. Another customer was actually cleaning the sauce and soda station, and she sounded frustrated when she mentioned it to me. The food is worth the trip, just go through the drive-up and avoid the interior.”

“The carne asada tacos are absolutely amazing. Best flavor I've ever tasted. Extremely generous portions as well. Each taco was completely filled. The sauces taste so good. The chicken burrito was huge. Like filled up the entire styrofoam container. It was also delicious and flavorful. This was my first visit to the food truck. It's going to be a weekly dinner now. Thanks for the great food and service!!”

“McPherson, KS. Holy COW. The absolute BEST fajitas we have ever had. Like a dance party in your mouth. The salsa was so fresh and refreshing… delicious. We got the cheesecake chimichanga with raspberry for dessert to go. We got to the truck and it smelt so good so we took a bite and melted into it. If I wasn’t full I’d order a second plate. They are from ElPaso, started in a food truck, and made home base here I think they said a year ago and the boss lady has it going on in that kitchen. 🤤 we’re from Waco, and trying to plan the next roadtrip through here just to eat here. If you live here and have not eaten here you should be ashamed of yourself because you’re missing out.”

“Talon at 30th Street Dillons is going places. Super nice, polite and helpful young man. He was running a register, an older lady was checking out in front of me and he wanted to make sure she knew of the sales on some of the items she had when checking out. He pleasantly invited simple conversation without being intrusive. He was also keeping up with checking out our items and bagging without the sometimes obvious annoyance. It was rather nice having someone in that position who wasn't mumbling under their breath, who was offering real customer service. Great job sir. I do hope your employer appreciates you just as much.”
