“Shout out to Billy Sims BBQ in Junction City KS. Visiting our son who is stationed at Fort Riley Kansas from Virginia and stopped for dinner. It was the absolute best BBQ I've ever had hands down. Excellent food, great portions with fair prices , friendly service and super clean atmosphere. I definitely recommend trying Billy Sims BBQ if you want a taste of perfection. Loved it.“
“Totally new to the area and at first our team tried “Joes” in Kansas City and were quite disappointed. I then called this place in hopes they would save our trip with some bomb BBQ and that is EXACTLY what they did. Right off the bat we were welcomed with love and the lady knew exactly what to recommend and serve for us. Sweet tea tasted just like the southern sweet tea, meats were tender and full of flavor INCLUDING their sauce, sides were also the best. You can tell everything was homemade and made with love.
