App login was messing up & having trouble. Couldn’t access my points. I never received a receipt, & my food came out in a Togo bag.It all was just an irritating experience, especially after getting a pick 2 for lunch & it coming to $20 !! Not an ideal lunch spot.
Went here on a weeknight and the place was empty. Walked in and no one was at the counter. Stood in view of workers at the kitchen prep station for nearly 5 minutes while they talked with one another- were not visibly working or prepping food. One worker came from other direction and was stocking some supplies. Saw me, but did nothing. Someone finally came. Ordered 1 plain bagel toasted. Stop in today for a quick meal. Hate to say this, but Panera is slipping. I ordered a cup of soup and a half sandwich. I should of taken pictures but I was hungry. Anyway, I ordered the French onion soup which you know comes with croutons and melted cheese. Well mine had 3 croutons and the cheese was almost non-existent.
