Stop in today for a quick meal. Hate to say this, but Panera is slipping. I ordered a cup of soup and a half sandwich. I should of taken pictures but I was hungry. Anyway, I ordered the French onion soup which you know comes with croutons and melted cheese. Well mine had 3 croutons and the cheese was almost non-existent. I could count all the shreds of cheese and I promise you it wasn't even 10 little shreds. my sandwich was tasty, but man when you order extra tomato, extra onion and extra basil don't give me the regular amount. Extra is extra. Like I said I was hungry and yesterday was not the day to complain. However Panera you all have to better than this

App login was messing up & having trouble. Couldn’t access my points. I never received a receipt, & my food came out in a Togo bag.It all was just an irritating experience, especially after getting a pick 2 for lunch & it coming to $20 !! Not an ideal lunch spot.

Horrible experience! They are so not prepared for huge city conventions and guests. I waited for 15 min to get ham and cheese and they even got the order wrong. They also ran out of bread! Don’t waste your time trying to get food here. They just aren’t capable when there is an event happening in KC.

Went here on a weeknight and the place was empty. Walked in and no one was at the counter. Stood in view of workers at the kitchen prep station for nearly 5 minutes while they talked with one another- were not visibly working or prepping food. One worker came from other direction and was stocking some supplies. Saw me, but did nothing. Someone finally came. Ordered 1 plain bagel toasted. The cashier proceeded to take two more full on meal orders. I waited for 1 bagel for 10-15 minutes. Generally I don't mind waiting, particularly if it's a meal rush time, but it was 6 and the place was empty. Food was fine as usual. Just very poor service. Not usually the case at this location, but this was disappointing.

Went here to get soup and 2 French Baguettes on a Saturday evening at 6pm and they were all out of bread? How is a bread place all out of bread? I should have read the reviews of this location before coming here.

To be honest, I was really surprised at the issues I encountered at this location. The food portions were too small (even for kids), all the coffee was barely warm and obviously not freshly brewed), had to go back to the cashier to get all the cups for the drinks ordered. At least the place was clean. Might be another few years before I forget this experience and stop by again. However, what little food there was, tasted good (excluding coffee). And to think that my friend and I used to spend several hours at a Panera while developing apps for the Android Developer challenge for there was good coffee and plenty of food to order.
Teach your staff how to ring up a gift card. I tried to get the receipt linked to the gift card and the kid kept trying to throw the receipt away. I explained to him I needed the gift card receipt in case there was in issue. He was dumbfounded and had no idea what I meant . Why am I training your staff how to do their job ?

I was there really early this morning, so cozy and peaceful.The staff was super friendly, especially for it being so early.The store was clean and kinda cool, like a half story down from street level.The bathroom was stinky but they had a sign posted acknowledging and explaining the problem.Parking: Free garage directly across the street.Several spots in lot next to store.And, free street parking.
