You just can't depend on the people making a sandwich. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you get what they make. It's all in writing, maybe they can't read? Ordered and charged for double meat and received a regular no refund. Must be skimming it out of the register because I didn't get it back.

What’s the point of a sandwich shop if you can’t make a sandwich according to your likes? I’ve ordered a pizza sub for over 10 years now, my comfort sandwich to say the least. The sandwich consists of literally pepperoni, marinara, and america cheese… all ingredients they always have. the workers refused to make the sandwich for me because “it’s not in their system” which i find just piss poor. if you have the ingredients, there’s a way to ring it in. subway is going downhill so fast. if you have the ingredients, make the damn sub!

Terrible customer service, Inwent there to have a tuner sandwich, I asked for the restroom key ,to wash hands tooks me couple minutes and back I never heard that in any subways.. I siad can I have the key wana wash hands, and coming out, they said why you lying tonus, I said I did not lie.. I washed my hands... any way This is terrible place..

Today is the second time I've gone to this location for them to not be open during their posted hours. The previous time was on 2/15/23. That day there were no employees on site. Today, the employees told me they don't open until noon when I got there at 11. I've been to this location before noon previously, and they were open, and the hours posted on the door indicate that they open at 9am today. Really frustrated that they aren't open during their posted hours.
