I made a mistake on my order in the drive thru last night. Mgr. Was so nice. THEY WERE SO BUSY. She brought my food out to the car with a smile on her face. Good service us so hard to find today. So thank you for putting the customer first.
Sergio was amazing! He was a one man team taking and cooking the orders. I was highly impressed with his bubbly personality and outstanding customer service skills. He made the entire experience so enjoyable I didn’t even mind that there was a slight wait time to get my meal because he did it all! This young man definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. These are the kind of front line workers I like to see in these spaces.

Went through the drive thru today. Half our order was missing. But when we went inside, the staff was super sweet about it, management too. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was so sweet and so cute. She had one fry cook being disrespectful over a misunderstanding and I feel really bad about that. But she handled it professionally.
