I was gifted a delivery of cookies which were dropped off without contacting me. When I got home the order was gone so I assume one of my neighbors scored a big order of cookies after seeing them unattended. Obviously this was upsetting and I contacted the store to ask them to replace the order since they did not contact me/confirm that they could drop it off. The cookies and ice cream are great. The prices aren’t terrible for the quantity of ice cream&cookies that they give you for orders. I’ve had a couple issues with the customer service but I’ve also had some super kind workers
