Food tasted fine and service is friendly enough, but there is some obvious quality issues going on at this location.My salad came with a full bouquet of Cilantro. There was zero attempt to pick the Cilantro off the stems.

Ordered online for pickup in the store. Picked up the order and when I opened it I realized it was completely wrong! It looked like it was rushed and slapped together and all of the extra ingredients I paid for were definitely not worth the extra price.How disappointing is it to spend $17 on food that is for one wrong and for two was absolutely disgusting. Even the side guacamole was nasty. No flavor no salt. I didn’t even eat half of my bowl before I decided to toss it. I guess my money isn’t worth good food. Do not recommend

I’ve been to this location three times now and the first two experiences were the same but I figured I’d give them one more chance. I came in today and stood in line and observed the employees operate and wow. Complete dysfunction. Line out the door. Employees have no idea what they’re doing. One guy is standing there holding a burrito he attempted to roll but it’s dripping and goes just holding it up in the air while the other two on the make line are staring at him. He sets it down and wipes his gloves off on his apron and continues doing whatever he was attempting to do. The next customer is arguing with someone else about what she ordered and how they royally effed it up. I walked out. Honestly I could have powered thru it if it weren’t for the gloves on the apron repeatedly happening. That and the last time I was here my burrito was a catastrophe. Just a god damn mess. Whoever is running this place please get back in there and train your staff.

This Chipotle location ALWAYS gets my order completely wrong. I wish there was a way I could pick the location I wanted my food delivered from. A few times, I have received a burrito with only rice and beans in it. My husband went to the location in person one time and said the place was disgusting — food scraps on the floor, trash on the tables, he has to ask 3 times for a a side of guacamole. He also said that there were 5 employees standing around and doing absolutely nothing and acted like he was a nuisance. This is most definitely the only location that we’ve ever had issues with. We will never order from this location ever again. Quite honestly, this location should be shut down or investigated for health code violations.

Don’t waste your time here. They never have everything a chipolte normally has, they are always “out” (white rice, chips, corn etc). Rude staff. Better off going across the street to tortilla ranch instead of wasting your time and money at this place.

I placed an online order for pickup. Wasn’t a large order but was missing items and they even left out chicken in my burrito bowl.
I used to go here often but after I went a few days ago I will not be back.I stood in line behind a supposed off the clock employee who kept shouting language full of profanity to his friend who worked in the back.I got to the front and was treated very rudely by the employee there because I am a foreigner. The employee aggressively advised me they were out of hard taco shells. There were grease stains on the foil he wrapped my soft shelled tacos in, which he adamantly denied. He did not change his gloves before handling my order. I asked to add chips to my order and was rudely told they were out.It seems like you are more concerned with ripping off customers than actually stocking items that people order. I asked to see management and was told to wait. I did, but the same person came back and told me the manager was busy.Such unprofessional behavior has no place in customer service. Your employees need to do better. Such profane language as to what I witnessed between your staff is absolutely inexcusable, as is the rude service I received.You have lost my business. I will spread the word about this location and how your staff treats customers.

Dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. Not a clean table in the establishment. No napkins at all at the drink area. Plastic cup lids scattered everywhere. Ice running over onto the floor at the drink dispenser.

I decided a little Chipotle reward for adulting and getting some errands done was in order so I stopped in on my way home. It was after the normal lunch rush and there was no line. I almost always get a barbacoa bowl with brown rice and black beans. They were quite generous with the rice but gave me a half a scoop of beans. I asked for more, request granted, moving on. Cheese, sour cream, hot salsa, baby handful of lettuce. I asked for more lettuce, request granted, moving on again. They were a bit stingy initially with the beans and the lettuce (for some reason I find all Chipotle's to be stingy with the lettuce even if you specify extra, no idea why) but were happy to add more when asked. I like going in and watching my food being made for that very reason and I would advise it vs. ordering on the app. The food was good and as you'd expect from any Chipotle. Everything was fresh and had good flavors. My biggest issue during my last visit was the cleanliness of the work station and the restaurant in general. Where the food was being assembled was pretty disgusting. There was random food everywhere. No concern about cross contamination at all. They dipped the hot salsa spoon dab smack in the middle of the sour cream in my bowl, then put the sour cream covered spoon back into the vat. At the drink station, an entire bowl with a fork in it just sat there. No idea whose it was. I wondered how long the abandoned bowl sat there. There was more trash about and granted it was after the lunch rush, they seemed short staffed, but still...you gotta keep it clean people. The food was what you'd expect but I think based on the lack of cleanliness I'd choose a different location.
