“This is a hidden treasure! The ceviche was fresh and perfectly prepared. Steamed mussels were some of the best I’ve ever had. And the presentation for all of it was outstanding. The drink menu was a lot of fun, with my Paloma being a delightful compliment to my meal. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The sushi is very fresh and is very delicious. If you like crab rangoon for appetizers, they're very filling and delicious as well. If you like sushi, you will not be disappointed with the Sushi Train. I've gone there for a few dinners since I've lived in Olathe and have never had a bad dinner.”

“Stopped in for a light lunch and the staff was great. We ordered the Baja chicken and Caribbean chicken wraps, both were very good. Caribbean was one of the best chicken wraps I've had. Also had a couple Smoothies, naturally, and enjoyed both. Well done all the way around.”

“Our visit here was absolutely wonderful. The food took a little while to come out, but it was absolutely amazing. They were also understaffed, but our server Pati was very nice and worked very hard to accommodate for the many people in the restaurant. She was very nice and patient to all of us, and even took special orders that weren’t on the menu. It was also kind of quiet, but peaceful. Overall, our experience was great and I recommend to all!”

“We (8) came after my sister's memorial services and we were a down but hungry . We did have to wait about 30 mins but it was a Sat night and we had a large party so we all understood!The food was hot and very good!Our server Sky was amazing and so attentive to our large group!Parking is easy and in front of the restaurant!We had 2 children in our party and Texas Rdhouse is very kid friendly! Whether in the atmosphere at the restaurant, to the kid's menu and all!”

“Warmly greeted & sat. Waitress was very kind, brought hush puppies, *fresh* coleslaw, & white beans to the table. I informed the waitress I'm not a fan of catfish but want to try there's. I was NOT disappointed! I like a lot of seasoning and this was just a normal amount of traditional seasoning with a beautiful coating that didn't slide off. Catfish had a crispy outside w/ a wonderful flaky inside. Mashed potatoes came with gravy. Great texture, could get gravy on side but again a preference morning was wrong with it. Hushpuppies we're perfectly cooked & a lil dry inside - but they're hushpuppies. Beans were very surprisingly great with tons of flavor. Coleslaw was fresh and crunchy not watery. Waitress checked in once and I say for 15 minutes after I was done before she came back BUT I came an hour before closing - I'm not taking off for that she has closing duties. Apple cobbler made in house was "homey" & Delicious. Ice cream was run of the mill. “We recently had a small informal wedding and reception at the The 180 Room. What a great place with excellent service and fabulous food. The atmosphere was perfect for us. It is a hidden gem in Olathe. Jen took care of everything and was so easy to work with.”

“This is one of our favorite go to spots for a good Margarita and Mexican food. They have Margaritas on tap that you can choose from, to make it into a flight. They have a large menu and everything we have had is delicious. They have a nice big patio that is perfect for an evening hanging with friends. Oh, and they also make their own tequila. Never have I ever had one that I can drink straight, and theirs... oh boy! It's good!”

“My husband and I visited this Christmas pop-up bar and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I am a fan of ciders, and was very happy to find that a flight of ciders was one of the offerings. There was food available, but we did not order any. The indoor Venue where we visited was very well decorated for Christmas. There was a food truck station outside and a tasting room nearby. There were many opportunities to take photos throughout. Whoever was in charge of the decor did a fantastic job. It definitely put us in a holiday mood.”

“Took the wife and kids for lunch on Sunday morning, 10/1/22. They served my youngest child chicken tenders that had been sitting under a heat lamp for an undetermined amount of time and made the buffalo chicken for my salad from the same chicken. I asked them to please remake the chicken. It wasn’t that big of a deal until the kitchen manager got involved, I had inconvenienced him. He huffed and puffed and took his sweet time. The same thing happened with my wife’s veggie burger, but she was too polite to say anything. The same thing happened to my sons kids turkey wrap, but he was so hungry he ate it anyway. Also, who serves roasted sliced giant chunks of turkey in a kids wrap. This place was filthy as well. For a place that had plenty of staff, just ridiculous.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Hira's Hibachi grill. The restaurant has 8 burners where the chefs cook the food in front of you with amazing skills and flair. You can choose from a variety of dishes, such as steak, chicken, shrimp, vegetables (Tofu), and rice. The portions are generous and the flavors are delicious.The restaurant also has a sushi style seating area where you can enjoy fresh and tasty sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. The sushi chefs are very friendly and attentive, and they make the sushi with seams like high-quality ingredients.The staff at the Hibachi grill is amazing. They are courteous, helpful, and efficient. They make sure you have everything you need and that you are satisfied with your meal. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and a fun dining experience.Dietary restrictions: Made Vegetable Tofu which was very yummy. Not extra firm so thick soft.”

“For its target audience, it's not bad at all. If you just want some decent unpretentious food to feed yourself and family, this is more than OK. I had a 25 dollar gift card that's a year old so i figured i better use it before inflation eats away all its value. We ordered Salmon bowl and the endless shrimp. The Salmon bowl is excellent, salmon cooked perfectly.... and most outstanding is the grilled Brussel sprouts, it's well seasoned and cooked to perfection, even my son who does not like vegetables loved them. The endless shrimp has 6 choice, Out of the 6, i think the garlic shrimp came out best, my son enjoyed the pasta shrimp and Walt's favorite. It sure is a ton of shrimp for 25 dollars. But watch out for the calories, it's 2000 calories if you ate all 6 choices. anyway, bottom line, it's not a place you can expect Michelin star level food... but it's solid ingredients, and they do feed you well for the price. I will come back again if someone gives me another 25 dollar gift card!”

“We do taco Tuesday here. The food is always great. Usually sit at the bar for a quick meal and the service is always excellent. We like the atmosphere. It's not a 5star kinda place but its at the top of the list for a quick Mexican meal.”

“Usually the experience here is just fine but tonight was odd. When I got there and I was waiting to order, I watched the employee take the chow mein from a box that was mixed with fried rice and put the chow mein back into the serving bowl. (I'm guessing the order was supposed to be just the rice?) When I got my meal, the chow mein of course had a good amount of fried rice in it. I'm not sure about the stores policies when it comes to getting the order wrong but I'd be surprised if the solution was to put it back from someone's plate into the bowl that serves everyone else. Like I said, the service from here is normally fine would this was strange is all.”
