This Starbucks is phenomenal. I will not go to Starbucks unless it is this one. Mainly because it’s 2 minutes from my house but secondly I love it here. I come here daily almost (I know, Starbucks taking all my money) all of the employees are pleasant. The store is clean. There’s one specific employee that I want to thank. I asked them if the mocha has sugar free option and he told me no. So I told them to make it just like its supposed to be and NO change. I am not sure what he did, but it was bitter and not sweet at all, he just made changes on his own without letting me know or any recommendations. Tha'ts the only time I had a bad order, but other times it was good and I have never been treated badly at this Starbucks! You can do better with your service Starbucks!
