Normally Chick-fil-A is my go to for healthy food that is fast. Today I got the Market Salad at the drive-thru. I was so disappointed when I got back to my office and opened up the bag with my salad. The salad was clearly old. The lettuce was rusty, strawberries were mushy, and the chicken tasted awful. I ended up throwing my salad in the trash. Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in!
