“We came here to grab a quick dinner on our way somewhere else. We waited in the dining room for carry-out 16 minutes for 2 fries, a sandwich and nuggets...no special requests. This is not a made-to-order restaurant. It should have been put it in the bag and go. We didn't order any unusual items. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was not backed up and getting all of their orders lickety-split (my husband was sitting in the car watching). People that came in and ordered at the counter after me were getting their orders before me. Several times we've ordered on the app and it will say our order is ready when it isn't. That's why we decided to order in person. Ever since they reopened the inside after Covid, this place has been messed up. What gives CFA? We used to come here weekly. We've tried to love it just as much as we used to, but you've let us down repeatedly.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! “Best Fazolis I’ve had (and I have a lot of pasta). Staff was ontop of it even during a slow lunch, the lady who served us our food was insanely charming and funny to boot. Will definitely come back next time I’m in KC. Nowhere else are you getting souvenir paper“

“Always love Chick-fil-A. However, tried mobile order drive thru. Drive thru line was quite busy as usual. Mobile line was great scan the code and pulled up to be
5th in line bypassing at least 10 drive thru cars. However, I'm pretty sure more than that got their food, and even people behind me in mobile line got food first. No special order just couple sandwich meals. So not nearly as fast as would first seem when pulling up.“

“As soon as I walked in, |was greeted by an employee who was cleaning the dining room.| ordered a cheeseburger wrap, got it to my table and noticed it was different than normal- it is normally in the shape of a wrap, so it's easy to eat, now it is flat with the lettuce on the top and bottom like a bun- very hard to eat. I taked to the manager who was extremely nice, said that someone had changed it but he would be happy to fix it exactly how I liked it! “Well in my humble opinion, Five Guys puts all the other burger places in the shade. Their burgers are just a little better than Culver's I think but the thing that is a standout for them is of course their fries! Unless they're cold, I know of no other fries that compare! This location is relatively new I think, and unfortunately located about two blocks from me! I say unfortunately because it's a huge temptation! It was a little messier today as I was there about an hour into their dinner rush. However, as I was leaving one of the staff was out with a broom which was needed. Of course if people would just have manners and leave the place better than they found it, that wouldn't be a problem! ☺️“

I asked for my money back.. Manager called we a Buger butt... and complained I was getting free food.. Really? I left the food there and went to Shawnee Arby's, he made it right. The other Arby's is closer to my house but not worth the hassle...“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“I recently visited this Five Guys and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was fantastic. My burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The free peanuts were a nice touch. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, Five Guys exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Parking: This specific Five Guys location has amazing parking because it shares a massive lot with other establishments in the business center.“

“I ordered a $5 luxe box and $7 luxe box. Staff was super friendly and nice to us and other customers while I was there. The entire place was spotless, restrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The food was fresh and delicious. Can’t beat the deal. Me and my girlfriend were full and enjoyed the food. This is a great spot for an affordable fresh meal. And it’s right next to Home Depot which is convenient for me as a contractor. Enjoy :)“

“First time at this location. Our nearby restaurant closed and we had been craving Wendy’s. We were so glad we stopped in mid-afternoon on Sunday 10/27. Service was friendly and lighting fast. Food was HOT and fresh. I think Wendy’s has the best spicy chicken sandwich and it sure hit the spot. Also picked up some Halloween coupon books for gifts, which are a great deal. Person I believe was the manager thanked us and the other workers seemed pleasant as well. We will be back.“

“I hardly leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they’ve gotten to be so overpriced, and the quality of the food, even at chains such as Taco Bell is unpredictable. On a whim I decided to grab a late lunch, and was amazed at how fresh and perfect the Cantina Chicken taco was. I’m glad I ate one in the parking lot before leaving, because the other one was soggy by the time I got home. It’s probably the best fast food item I’ve had in years.
