I ordered through the drive through on 4/4 and was a little frustrated with the wait to place my order. However as soon as I was at the drive through window I realized there was only one person working. He was moving so fast putting food together (and not cutting corners or being sloppy) possibly for pickup orders? I love Jimmy John's but this place is always drive thru only lately. Which is incredibly frustrating when you do online orders for pickup and have to wait in a line of cars for people making orders even though you select the food to be left by the door. Freaky slow.

Well, good experience when open!However last two times we have tried to get a sandwich, they were closed because of staff shortage, and today closed because there was no Wi-Fi? Either way, food is good and staff helpful, but never know if they will be open.
