I've always been a fan of Waldo pizza in the Kansas City and we'd always go have their lunch buffet. I was happy they opened another location close to our house. Although I've not been to the place but ordered through DoorDash. I called them to make some changes and they're nice to accommodate my order that tells a lot about the service. Kudos to the owners and the staff for giving the folks with diet restrictions awesome delicious options!Vegetarian options: As a vegan, it’s often a challenge to find a pizza that offers both taste and the right texture, but Waldo’s vegan cheeseburger pizza nails it! It showcased the culinary possibilities of plant-based ingredients without compromising on flavor. The balance of the different elements was exceptional, creating a memorable and enjoyable eating experience.

Located in the Bluhawk Cosentino's, it's just as good as the original, but with better parking, albeit limited weekday hours (late afternoons and evenings). You can eat in if you really want to, but this place is more designed with takeout in mind.Vegetarian options: Full vegan menu available. With both, they do warn that some stricter practices of avoiding cross-contamination may be difficult to implement at this location.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free menu available.
