“On Thursday February 27 my husband and I went to Subway on Madison Avenue in Derby Ks. about 7:30 p.m.We were served by Ty (Jones I think.) He very pleasantly informed us that he was sorry but the store was out of bread. He said they still had flat bread, wraps, salads and two sliders which we took. After us two other gentlemen came in one ordered one left. But Ty treated them both with the same pleasant and respectable attitude.“

I later found out his name was Paul. He then proceeded to take my order and gave me plenty of recommendations and options. I settled on the Cuban, and it was a good recommendation. This fine chain has some superb hot sandwiches so this location is highly welcomed, especially for being a quick drive for all at McConnell Air Force Base. For my fist visit, the sandwiches were awesome, service was fantastic, and the dining area was spaciously set up with a great visual tribute to firefighters. I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs.“

“Flying through Atlanta airport, I always bought Charley’s! Excited to see it in the mall. So had to try it! It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly. It was made fresh and to order. “I went in and got some subs for lunch and I just have to say I was so impressed with the guy that made my food. I missed getting his name, but he was a slim black guy with a friendly attitude and warm smile. He greeted me when I walked in the door and made my whole experience above par. He will be the reason we pick Subway instead of Spangles or any other restaurant around that area.The only thing I was irritated with was there has to be something wrong with the salt and pepper combo shaker because my subs were made the same and both are so salty you can barely eat them. I had to rinse off the vegetables close to the opening edge of the sandwich because it's so salty it's almost not edible, but THAT WAS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! I asked for mayo, extra oil and vinegar and salt & pepper, which I watched him put the S&P on and it looked like a normal amount. So i figure there is a problem with the shaker itself.“
