“My wife and I came here for ideas for our garden and I was blown away! So many beautiful plants, items to shop for inside, a lovely cafe, and outdoor seating among some of the plants. It’s a great feeling and a very enjoyable place to be. The staff was extremely helpful in providing us with information on different plants. I got a coffee to go from the cafe and it was the best lavender latte I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to return here.“
“This is a really nice place with many different sweet options. I was a little sad they only have milk or condensed milk. No half &half or cream. I settled for a latte with milk, and he got the strawberry milk shake. It's very sweet, and strawberry ? only took one drink, considering I can't have a lot of sugar. My coffee was hot, rich, and tasted like it had cream from milk added.I really liked the ambiance and that I could recycle ♻️ everything. Cup,straw,and cute heart coffee topper.“

“THE BEST BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE! My husband and I found this place last year on February while at in KC for a conference. He decided to surprise me for my birthday with a day trip to KC (we live in Nebraska). His first stop was McLains and again, It. Did. Not. Disappoint. Already planning a trip to come back!! The owner was lovely to chat to (100% should branch out to Nebraska ?) Plus, our dogs were welcomed on the patio and even given peanut butter cookie crumbles for a dog treat.Vegetarian options: My plan is to have their veggie wrap next!! You can also get quite a few (if not all) menu options without meat.“
“The food is delicious and generous. Lowered the service rating as they have to a process where you have to scan a qr code then order via your phone - the process is not very clear, especially if you desire any variation. The atmosphere is typically quiet.“
