“My own experience of The General Manager, Chante & staff of our Topeka Crumbl is different than sharing a few words. The Crumblers have filled my Hope Mobile with Love via donated cookies up to 6 days a week for a year and a half.Beyond the cookies that are scratch made, they are personally supportive of Hope Dealing through our community. Chante made a decision that Crumbl is a drop off site for shelf stable food to be placed in the more than 40 Bee The Blessing Boxes ? throughout town.They have helped sponsor 2 boxes on residential property and just recently a NEWLY constructed LARGE blessing box on the property of our local Foster Care support center, KVC.Crumblers are also pivotal parts of helping me support KVC. Their sugar-free yogurt/custard with fruit is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!Dietary restrictions: It's very hard to find ice cream or frozen yogurt or custard. That is sugar-free. I feel so fortunate to have found G's.“

“Haven't been to Baskin Robbins for a long time due to living a ways away, but we came at the start of a rush on Friday evening. All the staff were very attentive and prompt in meeting customers' requests for us and through the rush. Kudos to all! Hard workers and good management! (And delicious sherbet and ice cream of course!)“

“Normally I don't have any issues with this location and it's hard to make me have any issues since I understand what it's like to work in this type of industry. BUT, I went tonight & wanted to use my deal on my app buy 1 blizzard get 1 for 99 cents. I brought up the code and had it plus my card in hand for when I got to the window. The young lady entered in the code and said it wasn't accepting it, asked when the use by date was, & if I've already used it. The use by date was 05/28/2023 & I had never used it before so those weren't the issues. She tries putting it in again & it still isn't accepting it, & asks if there's a code she could scan on there. No big deal, I hit to go back so that she could get the code but the whole deal was no longer there, again no big deal, until she said there wasn't anything she could do, insinuating that I would have to pay full price for both. Could I yes, was I absolutely not! It wasn't my fault it didn't take the code & it definitely wasn't my fault that after she asked for the scan code, I went back to get it, & it was gone! Not one attempt was done to make it right at all. So no, I did not leave with them.“

Staff was super nice & were all smiles. Great prices for the lg amount you get as well. Glad we happened upon this little place!“
