When you specialize in coffee and can't properly make coffee as ordered on multiple occasions I don't know what advice to give you. Maybe sell hotdogs
Staff makes/breaks a place. For this Dunkin, it breaks it. I gave this place a good shot, have ordered many many times, but the staff ruin the experience. No social skills, no respect for regular customers, long wait times. Staff ignores common pleasantries such as please, thank you, enjoy the rest of your day, etc. I’m really disappointed, wanted to enjoy the neighborhood Dunkin.
