“The smash burger was smashing and the empanadas were amazing! I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu!We sat outside due to the great weather! Service suffers sometimes when disconnected from the kitchen inside but this staff was on it! They kept our drinks full and food was hot when it came out! (?it might be time to take the Christmas decor down ?)“

“Friendly service, good “home cooking,” fun decor (so many sloths!), and a peaceful, sprawling outdoor space make this a must-stop if you’re in the area. If you’re not in the area and want to take a little drive for good food, check them out! I hear that they have “amazing”chicken and dumplings on Thursdays, according to the regular patrons. I’m glad that drove a little out of my way to have a delicious, filling lunch.“

“We love Waffle house. It is a kick your shoes off kinda atmosphere. All of the employees are so friendly, we love Hope, she is our waitress every time we come in. The food is always hot.There is nothing I can say bad, thumbs up to the cook also.Parking: Some days, it is hard to find a place to park, but that tells me how much people like it at Shepherdsville Waffle house.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are grown, so I can not really talk much about this subject.“

“Food was good ,would have been better hot. Service was okay it wasn't that busy so kinda a little disappointing. We sat in the bar tables and there was the 1 bartender not sure if he was overwhelmed or what he wasn't very busy. All in all it was good. Loved the salad bar! You don't see those as much anymore with a great variety.“

“Just like any other waffle house the staff here is very friendly and humorous which u can go in here and enjoy your meal and get a good laugh if u are a ppl person but I rated it 4 stars because the cook sometimes over cooks the food which I'm not a complainer and I understand how some ppl can be they tighten that up great “
