“We love Waffle house. It is a kick your shoes off kinda atmosphere. All of the employees are so friendly, we love Hope, she is our waitress every time we come in. The food is always hot.There is nothing I can say bad, thumbs up to the cook also.Parking: Some days, it is hard to find a place to park, but that tells me how much people like it at Shepherdsville Waffle house.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are grown, so I can not really talk much about this subject.“
“Salad bar was fresh with great selection. Steak was perfect. Service adaquate although basic lacking product knowledge.We arrived at 11 a.m.opening. restaurant was freezing! Employees and customers all complaining. I was shivering thru entire meal. Warm days outside. Ruined the meal.“

“Stopped here around 330p on my way home from Nashville. The biscuits were excellent buttery and so soft. I got myself chicken tenders the best I've had in awhile. I had gotten my family some chicken breasts they were huge and they said they were so good. I thought the slaw was very good and I am picky also mashed potatoes great. I did get large side of dirty rice that's only complaint I have it was terrible just too mushy Popeyes has great dirty rice and Bojangles compared to theirs no competition at all don't recommend the rice but everything else was really good“
“We were just passing through and decided to stay in their parking lot with the RV. I got their strawberry cheesecake pancakes. The strawberry syrup was delicious but the actual strawberries was very lacking.Parking: Plenty of parking and enough room we didnt feel bad about staying overnight in our 40 foot RV with an 18 foot trailer attached.“

Service suffers sometimes when disconnected from the kitchen inside but this staff was on it! They kept our drinks full and food was hot when it came out! “I have to leave a bad review today. My husband and I both came 03/21/24 and he got fish and chips and I got steak and green beans and broccoli with queso. His fish was chewy and my steak was chewy in the center. We won't be back for awhile. My husband didn't eat most of his fish and they only took 10 bucks off. I didn't complain about the steak. I should have though.This is our go to place for a nice sit down experience. We've never had a bad experience here. Food is always on point.“
“Service is scarce. Usually had to go find your server. They definitely need help they have the servers stretched thin the place was busy and only 2 servers definitely could have used another but the server we had was super friendly and polite but busy.Parking: The parking on front of the building sucks if there are people parked there they block off the drive in front and make it impossible to get out of the lot“
“It was exactly what I would expect. I didn't have to wait long, but they do stay pretty steady. My kids wouldn't stop talking about the Nats, so that was embarrassing. “My boyfriend & I met a couple of friends to have a drink. We ordered an appetizer & entree. The food was good as always. The server was preoccupied with his phone. Had to get his attention for a go box. But overall I love the food and the drink was great. I'll definitely will go back.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is family oriented. “Culver's frozen custard at 11801 Interchange Dr in Louisville, KY, offered a delightful treat during my road trip. As a self-proclaimed frozen custard snob with a penchant for Planters chocolate in WNY, I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's hand-scooped version. While it lacked the familiar soft serve texture, the custard was undeniably rich and sweet with excellent flavor. However, Planters still reigns as my gold standard in the world of frozen custard. Nevertheless, Culver's provided a satisfying and enjoyable experience on my journey.“
“Some of the best chicken and gizzards in town. Infact everything they serve is absolutely delicious. They're pot pie is just like grandma's and their prices are fair, ( no more or less than other chicken places. The service has always been friendly when I was there. The only complaint I have is you have to get there early because they will sell out of their goodness quick!!“

If you’re not in the area and want to take a little drive for good food, check them out! I hear that they have “amazing”chicken and dumplings on Thursdays, according to the regular patrons. I’m glad that drove a little out of my way to have a delicious, filling lunch.“
