“They were fast and friendly on day shift . My food was hot and fresh... I came the other night and bought $50 worth of food to wait for 25 mins and it had a long red hair in it. She didn't have her hair pulled back nor have gloves on making our food. Took it back in and they were rude about it. Then got the order wrong on the second try. I just didn't even eat and left. The kids on nightshift should be managed or taught better. Night shift could learn a lot from day shift.“

“The only issue I have with this White Castle is why they do not serve Onion Chips? It is the only White Castle i know that does not. I know they have Onion Rings but they are not the same as Onion Chips. I wish you would add them to you menu.“

Parking: During the week you do not want to be at this location by Central Hardin high School at 3:30 because the high school lets out and traffic is a little bit more difficult in this area.“

“Had a fish, chicken, shrimp combo, a little overdone, but not bad. I have had many lunches there over the past 40 years, sad to say but this is the first one I wasn't ecstatic about . Going to try them again on Monday, aftereffects from hurricane Helene might have been the cause of the less than stellar expectations.“

“This is one of the better McDonalds in Hardin County. In my opinion, it’s the best one in both Elizabethtown and Radcliff. I used to doordash here and this location was the most professional. The next best one is located near Rally’s off Dixie in Etown. The others are horrible. Neither of them compare to the Burrell McDonalds In Leitchfield - which is hands down the best out Burrell owned McDonalds establishment.

Food wise for anyone looking for my opinion : always use the 20% discount in the app. If you’re not using the app, you’re ordering wrong. And the $5 meal deals are the way to go. Order a few. I used to like Sharable’s but not so much anymore. The price of them have gone up quite a bit so the value lies within the value meals.“

“On the evening of July 8, I just got off work around 8:30 PM I stopped in to grab a sandwich usually I pass by because the drive-through was long. But they had a break. So I slid right in an order. It still took a couple minutes! No big deal , The manager was actually working the drive-through window. She went on to tell me there was three managers working they had no staff! I just want to say thanks and let you guys doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Great customer service And the food was good as always Thank you!“

“The staff here are very friendly and accommodating in my experience. I came about a month ago and was greeted in a friendly manner and wished safe travels. It’s more than a lot of food service workers are doing elsewhere.

Vegetarian options: Coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, side of veggies“

“Cook your burgers all the way!! I have had five guys at many locations, and I’ve never had this problem.

Train your employees to fully cook a burger. I can’t eat a raw burger. Wasted money and food. Done with this location.

We ordered at 8:30PM on July 6th. Talk to those employees about fully cooking meat.

We have been back a few times now. The burgers have been great and back to expected quality. The manager reached out to me and explained they are doing better with training the employees. Thank you for listening!“

“Typical McDonald's. Can't find good help. Most the help can't count money for change without a machine to tell them. Always being asked to pull forward to wait for food. I simply refuse to pull forward, which blows their time frame per vehicle, I usually get my food immediately.“
