“Feels like your typical Mexican restaurant. It has it's ups and downs, but mostly up. They offer every type of Mexican dish you would expect. Employees are nice and food is good. I keep going back. The churros and jalapeno margs are excellent!“
“I like chipotle… Their food is always consistent, tasty, and satisfying. I got the Carnitas burrito with brown rice black beans and all the fixings… super satisfying after a long day on the road. This particular restaurant was tired on the inside and the outside… I did not feel like I wanted to sit down inside… Luckily, I was taking my food to goThe staff, however, was excellent, attentive, and helpful… it’s always about the people in these were good people“
“The food is amazing. Be aware you might think the size is a little light but the flavor and care, absolutely amazing. I love the flavor and depth to it. I ended up finding Ming an amazing place today that I was dumb to not have tried before, so thank you Aaron and your family. Hope I spelled that right. Also as I stated your my new favorite spot I’ll see you tomorrow on lunch.“
“If the only reason you come here is where the guacamole and avocado jalapeño margaritas, you will not be disappointed! The guacamole is the best I’ve ever had. It is topped with these charred vegetables that are incredibly flavorful. We also shared a variety of tacos and large plates. Enchiladas are saucy and delicious, and then we had Carne Asada which everyone loved as well.. I advise saving room for dessert because the night we were there they had flan - which I really enjoyed because it’s more cheesy than eggy (that might not be 100% accurate, but I really like the texture). Couple that with an el jefe cocktail and you’ve got yourself a winning combination!Vegetarian options: Guacamole- oh so devine! Sweet potato tacos!Dietary restrictions: Their entire menu is gluten-free“
“We went during restaurant week so we had a mix of a few items across thr menu including the guacamole, salads, tacos and of course a margarita. Everything was delicious BUT do not sleep on these salads. I know... salad on taco Tuesday? YES only if its that Johnny salad at Bakersfield! The margs are delightful, the tequila was flowing around us, and tacos that come out by the platterful. What could be better?“
“Best birria than anywhere. we go here all the time. So good. I love the guti fries. Sunday brunch is always lit. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the flavor of the food is not consistent. Some days it's flavorful and some days it's bland. I guess it depends on who's “
“Want to know what it’s like eating at a taco joint in Mexico. Come on down to El Taco Feliz. My wife and I ate here and we were the only Caucasian people present. But that’s a good thing. In Kentucky, If Hispanics are coming to buy the tacos then it’s 100% legit. Best street tacos I’ve had to this day. Thanks El Taco Feliz, we will be back soon!!!….. many times.“
“Simply incredible tacos, amongst the best I’ve ever had in my life and easily the best in Cincinnati. The al pastor is to die for. Seriously, just go to this place - it may look unassuming given it’s a food truck parked in a BP, but the food is top notch. The guys who work there are also super friendly, great service. Only downside is it’s cash only but a small inconvenience for such incredible food.“
“Atmosphere is great for a smaller establishment. Servers are extremely friendly and prompt. Most importantly the excellent variety of food is absolutely delicious! Portions on appetizers and taco's are just right, the Torta's (sandwiches) are absolutely huge. I challenge anyone to get a Torta and not leave stuffed. Prices are reasonable, no complaints about this place. If you like "Mexican" food, you won't be disappointed here.“
“This place has a 4.9 rating (at the time of this review) for good reason. The food is always super fresh at a super reasonable price. The owners are great as well. It is both vegetarian and meat-eater friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop by.Parking: In addition to street parking, there is a huge community parking lot behind the building that is free.“
“By far, it is one of the best places I have been able to visit while traveling. The food is great and authentic, the price is good, and the atmosphere is top-notch! If you are in the area please visit this place. I hope to be back next time we are in the Cinci area.“
“This taco truck/trailer is the best in the Northern Kentucky area. I have tried a number of things, but the chicken tacos are my favorite so far. The sauces that accompany the tacos are outstanding! The only thing I wish they had consistently was horchata, which they have had, but the past few times they did not. We love this place!“
“I'm a huge chipotle fan but I immediately noticed how fresh the food was. I had chicken soft tacos and chips. The guacamole tasted fantastic and was appealing to the eye. I didn't feel bloated afterwards. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here!“
“I was looking for a place with a fun atmosphere to improve a rainy day, and this did the job!The aesthetic is colorful and eclectic, the music is loud, there are drinks with fireworks, and birthday celebrations with drums :)This definitely isn't a place you would like if you are looking for quiet and relaxing. The food was very good in my opinion and in my son's opinion. I got the chicken quesadilla and my son got steak soft tacos... so we went basic in the whole scheme of things, but I really liked that there were onions and cilantro in both, and the meat was very flavorful and juicy. My son said that these were his favorite steak tacos. The hostess definitely could have put a smile on her face, but our server was very friendly and attentive. We live in NKY and this will be our new go-to for Mexican food!“
“I have come to this location about four times now. Every time has been wonderful! They have the best tortilla chips of any Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. They're extremely crispy and delicious. Salsa is also clearly homemade and very tasty. Overall we had a wonderful experience.“
“One of my favorite restaurants in cincinnati. Whenever people ask me where to go this is what I tell them. My favorite dish is the chipotle udon noodles! I also love the teriyaki tofu tacos. My husband loves the wings but especially the sauce that comes with it. Great fusion restaurant that has something for everyone“
“love the kindness, warmth, care of the waitresses, today was extra special, our beautiful waitress surprised my 2 grandsons with a huge delicious birthday treat! God forgive me, l forgotten her name, l and my family absolutely love Christine's! food is great!!, worker's are very kind!!! and l will be along with my family, a forever customer!!! thank you ?Vegetarian options: not sure, because l have just glanced over it, l order other itemsDietary restrictions: gives info on ingredients, and what you need to be aware of, due to dietary restrictions.Parking: we have never had a issue with parking, given the different times of day that we have went, more crowded, but always a parking spotKid-friendliness: they treat your children/grandchildren with respect and care. l never had experience any negativity with other customers, very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: door space is wide enough for wheelchair accessibility, and there is no steps, no difficulty for wheelchairs.“
“. This tiny taqueria is a gem. The food is fresh and sublimely delicious!. I LOVE THIS PLACE !. The Guacamole is great.. The Camarones Tacos (shrimp tacos) features 3 small soft tacos with tender, boiled shrimp, shredded cabbage, guac, and the most wonderful Tamarind sauce (sweet and fruity).. The Carnitas Tacos (pork tacos; 3 small soft tacos) has tender flavorful morsels of pork, with onion, guac, and a savory sauce- only slightly spicy.. I recommend the refreshing house-made limeade, called Agua de Limon.. This restaurant is a tiny, very narrow, storefront. Of the two exterior doors on Main Street, enter the left (In) door; when you leave, you use the other door.. The restaurant interior has colorful wall murals and just a few small tables in the back of the space. They do offer carry-out.. Parking on Main Street is limited, but there is one (pay) public lot just across Main Street, and another (pay) public parking lot about 1/2 block away at 7th and Main.“
“The turtle was great! Definitely well worth $15. The chicken was seasoned, it was full of toppings and the cheese on the outside made it crunchy. Perfect taco! What I didn't like was if you eat in, you can't just leave a tab open, you have to pay for each beer and item separately...I would come back for the food tho!“
“Looove The Comet! Lots of non-alcoholic options and pretty good burritos. Any night of the week you might find a wide genre of music from hip hop to indie rock to noise, amazing comedy on Saturday, and Sunday the Comet Bluegrass All-stars.Sunday brunch is the BEST.“
“Was about to fly out on an empty stomach so I stopped here to fill up the rental car and gab a quick bite. It was the best taco I have had in years. I can not recommend this place enough. If you are flying out or in to Cincinnati or live here, please stop and try these tacos you will not be disappointed, and if you are disappointed then seek medical attention as soon as possible.“
“Great place for a modern Mexican meal. We had a combination of dishes from Pollo Monterrey and Flautas to firecracker shrimp and Chicharrones. As we enjoyed our drinks the chef came out with a complimentary hors d’oeuvre that he was looking for our input on…It was great!!! Service and atmosphere are excellent.“
“I just came back from Mexico City. I could’ve saved myself thousands of dollars by just staying in my city and enjoying these excellent tacos. This place authentic is better than your best taco spot. Meat is so tender. Ingredients are fresh. Please support this business.“
“Street tacos were tasty - Al Pastor (marinated pork with pineapple) was the way to go. Great mix of savory and slight sweetness characteristic of the dish. The Birria was delicious too, but a little salty. Toppings were right on - fresh cilantro and onions. Salsa and tortilla chips were homemade. Super friendly service and smiling faces. The whole experience was great.“
“It’s small like you would expect, but the service is just ok. You order at the counter and then they call your name when it’s ready. They have a variety of sauces you can try with your taco. ?We recommend the birria tacos; they were delicious and the sauce with it was perfect. I also got an to pastor taco and it was good too. They have the Mexican coke which I can never refuse ?It’s a bit expensive for tacos and not my favorite place but still good“
“Service was quick and very friendly. Staff was attentive to those walking into the restaurant. Another server came to check that I had been helped while I waited for my foodWheelchair accessibility: Large paths into dinning areas as well as in between the tables and booths. However I did not see any handicap buttons by the entryway doors“
“The food and service were great. The first time we sat outside as they have a large outdoor dining area, the next time we sat inside. Both times the food and service have been amazing. The arroz con pollo was my favorite but the chori pollo has taken the lead. Either way you can't go wrong. If you can take the heat, ask for the homemade hot sauce, you may or not regret it.“
“Hear this was opening and so glad we stopped in. We were greeted and showed to our table immediately. The staff was so happy and friendly- it was contagious! The indoor was so clean and the painting on the wall were amazing. The chips, salsa and queso were so good. Our entrees came quickly and hot. Everything was so good and there was so much we had to take it with us. They told us they are opening another side and a patio. Can't wait to come back!!“
“We dined in for a late lunch/early dinner around 3PM on a Saturday. Parking was easy, and there were only a few other people eating at the same time as us. We were impressed with the quality, speed of service, and large serving size of the food that we ordered. Our table shared the Chips & Dip Sampler, and I enjoyed the Bandito Super Bowl. Not only is the food great, but the interior aesthetic is unique and fun. Highly recommend checking this place out!“
“I've had less than stellar luck with more traditional Mexican food in Kentucky. And the ones that have had some level of promise have price tags that don't make sense. Don't expect a never ending pile of chips at San Miguel but you should expect some of the best tacos you've had in a very very long time. If you are craving Traditional style with 2 corn tortillas and a pile on onion and cilantro, this is your place. I took a tour of the tacos with chorizo, langua, carnitas, and al pastor. Hoping to find what they were strongest in if I were to come back. I will be back and I'd be thrilled with any of the above. The gf went with a chorizo quesadilla. I was excited because she rarely finishes a plate and that means I get her scraps! The dilla was pretty large but she said she just couldn't stop eating it. I did get a couple bites and it was perfect. I can't wait to go back“
“We have had dinner here 3 times recently! Always looking for local establishments to support! Highly recommend this one! The servers have been wonderful!! All the food we have choosen has been very good! Every time our son comes in town we try a new place between here and Cincinnati and so far this has been his favorite! He had the street tacos and raved about them! It does take just a little bit of time to get our food however, it is 100% worth it because it’s so fresh and hot and very tasty! please do give this place a try, you won’t regret it!“
“Amanda was ourwaitress, and has been for our last 5 visits. Amanda is always pleasant and stops by our table, to ask how is anyting, and ask if we need anything. Chuy's reminds me of the Texmax food from San Antonio, Texas. Update covid19 has changed the way we dine out and do busy. Keep the customer happy, and your business will thrive.Update Amanda is working back Chuy's. Amanda is very good waitress ?Update thank you Omega and all the great employees. You always make us feel welcome.“
“Small little establishment serving Tex Mex style fare including tacos, burritos, and a familiar Taco Bell-esque favorite. What is Gomez's claim to fame, The turtle is everything you wanted in a Crunchwrap supreme dialed up to 11. You can customize it with various meats and heat styles. I went with the Diablo carnitas turtle, and boy was it delicious! So flavorful and so hot! Good choice for spice lords looking for a kick in the butt! We also got a side of chips and salsa verde, and it was fresh and tasty. Ambiance reminded me of an old pub or friendly bar. Service was decent and fast!“
“This place was awesome. I moved here 3 yrs ago from Oklahoma, where there is a food truck every other corner. So I know my street tacos. Absolutely amazing and I have been looking for a place that serves elotes en Vasa. And they had it and it was delicious. Highly recommend.“
“El Rio Grande offers an exceptional dining experience with its mouth watering Xangos dessert, a true delight! The Fajita sizzler for 2 is a generous feast capable of satisfying even a group of 4, boasting ample portions, freshly prepared sides, and flavorful sauces. The outstanding service complements the delectable cuisine, making it a must-visit destination for lovers of Mexican cuisine seeking quality and quantity in equal measure.Vegetarian options: Every dish can easily be made vegetarian by simply removing the meat and adding in some refried or black beans.Dietary restrictions: When you make a reservation at a restaurant, be sure to tell the staff about any dietary restrictions or preferences you have. If they can't accommodate you, they may be able to recommend other restaurants that can.Parking: On busy days spots directly in front of the restaurant fill up quickly, but there is plenty of parking in the parking areas adjacent to the exact location.Kid-friendliness: A warm and inviting atmosphere with plenty of room at the tables, colorful seating and wall decorations as well as enough ambient music to ensure even those children that are a bit loud won't disturb others.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has no barriers to entry and both front doors are wheelchair width and easily navigable. There is a slight curb directly in front of the restaurant but a ramp on the right hand side of the sidewalk.“
“Never have been anywhere where the service is this exquisite. I've got to say the thing that sold me on this place was my server Jasmine. She was extremely attentive, made wonderful recommendations, and it was very clear she cared about us and our well being. We came in from out of town and we were honeymooning in Cincinnati and scouting colleges for our future children. Because Jasmine is a pre dental second year undergraduate student majoring in biology, minoring in chemistry, organic chemistry, finance, real estate, and something else I don't remember she had a lot to say about the school. I will not be sending my children to the school but I will send them to work here at Drunken Taco because she is a great role model. Anyway, the food was good and cool environment as well and I will for sure recommend my friends who are coming here next month for their honeymoon to go to Drunken, because of Jasmine. Apparently they had a rager the other night too and we would have gone but Jasmine recommended the aquarium but we quite enjoyed, expensive but because of Jasmine we had a great time. Finally, 10/10 service from Jasmine and I will be so lucky if my kids grow up to be like Jasmine because Jasmine is the best.“
“The best secret in NKY! We always order carry out as times may very when dining in. The food is so, so good. Everything is scratch made by a wonderful family from Guatamala. Birria Grilled Cheese, fish tacos, massive tortas! so many great options.“
“A bunch of us walked over from our hotel while on a business trip and they were able to seat us quickly and serve us quickly.Service was excellent, fast and polite.Food was very good. Came to the table very quickly and they had served in order of the way the orders were taken which was great. Pork el pastor tacos in the video.Atmosphere was very nice, we say outside as it was nice and we enjoyed it.Enjoy!Wheelchair accessibility: Street level, open concept.“
“No words for how good these tacos. We also tried the chicken chimichanga and that was delicious well. What really took the cake (or took the taco) was their guacamole. Clearly had just been made and was so good. The vibes inside are very fun, we sat at the counter. The spinning chairs slayed. We were in and out in less than an hour. Very quick and nice people.“
“Cancun Mexican Bar & Grill is a solid Mexican restaurant in a great location near downtown Cincinnati. The service here us quick and the servers are all very welcoming and friendly, the interior of the restaurant is charming and contributes to a fun atmosphere, and the food is great (not the best I’ve had, but still great). I’ll also NEVER complain about free chips & salsa.“
“We eat here 3 to 4 times a week most weeks! Sometimes carry out sometimes eat in.No matter which way we get our food it is ALWAYS GOOD!I can not say enough about the staff… ALWAYS FRIENDLY ALWAYS KIND!Although I have one server I like ( he always remembers what we drink and our orders)All of the servers are great! And the manager is GREAT!You won’t regret eating here!“
“Our server, Austin, made several suggestions since it was our first time eating at Frida. Hard to choose because everything sounded delicious but we ordered the salsa sampler and 4 different tacos (my husband made his a platter & we shared the refried beans & rice). Everything was delicious & fresh. Will definitely go back to try other entrees on the menu.“
“There are four of us that go every Monday evening. The food is delicious; we usually have chicken or steak fajitas and frozen margaritas for $3.99 on Mondays. The staff is friendly and very attentive to needs. The restrooms are cleaner than any restaurant I've been in and they smell very good. I guarantee you will love this restaurant.P.S. if you shop Kroger Crossroads, the back of your receipt will include a $5.00 coupon.“
“"Mexican food so authentic, Donald Trump wants to build a wall around it."This is scrawled in chalk behind the main register in the place and I have to say, I agree! I had the pollo con mole. Homemade mole sauce was to die for. Burritos were stuffed and all the ingredients were fresh. The salsa had just the right amount of heat and loads of cilantro. The ambiance was awesome with the store in the back and the eclectic décor and different levels and whatnot. There was a couple celebrating their anniversary who invited their waiter to take a shot, and he did. It felt like having dinner with my extended family. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it. Worth the walk away from the Levee.“
“Food was awesome our server Melody, by the way Good Luck at UC. Graduation. Was outstanding, polite . This was our 1st. Time , and we will be back. House margaritas were very satisfying. Good luck to El Barrill and our Server Melody, also this restaurant is Pet Friendly.“
“Met some friends for dinner and margaritas. Three of us had not been there, and we all enjoyed our visit. Margaritas were great, and yes, they had tajin behind the bar. A nephew taught me to use tajin instead of salt for a margarita. It adds so much flavor but negligible heat.“
“This place is fun you can get drinks and food it has Mexican it has hamburgers wings and more!!! They do karaoke on the weekends… the severs are fun and they are nice and keep up with everything!!!Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian menuDietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restriction they will work with you.Parking: They have a good size park lotKid-friendliness: They have a good kid friendly foodsWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and they make sure that everyone has access to the floor and the bathroom“
“Friendly greeting, terrific service. Sat at a booth near the bar. The experience was great. I was not impressed with my chicken taco salad, but my husband loved his order. Salsa was good, but I didn't love the chips. Huge draft beer at a good price in a frosty mug. Service, atmosphere and location were so good I would try again.“
“It was good. The cheese sauce dip is great. I had the fajita for 1, and it could have easily fed my guest and me. Took a little time to get refills or any kind of service, but I think it was because of where we sat. Would I go again? Yes, I would, but maybe earlier in the day, to see the vibe it has then or have different possible seating choices. Overall... satisfying the hunger it does. I have been to better places for Hispanic style food.“
“Service - Upon entering, I saw a sign telling me to wait to be seated, so I did. I waited 7 minutes before a server who was rolling silverware told me that I could seat myself anywhere, and then apologized for not having seen me earlier. Then, I only saw her once during my meal.Food - I had the mixed fajitas and a sweet tea. While the chips and salsa were really good, their fajitas were missing something. The beef and chicken were a little bland. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great.“
