I purchased walmart+ for the free same day delivery. Both times I've had delivery set for after 8 pm (they deliver up to 10 pm) I guess no one would pick it up for delivery. Once, I can understand, twice, for a yearly payment of $98, nope. gonna call Customer service for a $10 refund. I'll just do this for awhile until I get my $98 back, and then order for an earlier delivery.
Not one open checkout in store this morning. Elderly folks trying to self checkout and bag their own groceries from motorized chairs. One staff person in the area to assist but she could only do so much. Walmart you need to provide assistance to the elderly and physically challenged. Tons of staff meandering around the store, empty customer service area with two staff and yet customers struggling to check themselves out.

We placed an online order on Nov. 11, and paid extra for express delivery. This order never came and had to be canceled, we have YET to get a refund. They keep saying we never got charged, but I have a charge on my bank account from them for the amount of the order on the day I placed the order. I have showed the local store this proof and they will NOT refund the money. We went in there yesterday to show them, got treated like trash and liars even though I had hardcore proof....read full review
