She keeps us coming back time after time. Do yourself a favor and not just dine at Hometown Roots but ask that Allison Moore is your server.”

“If u haven’t tried Taylor’s Grill On Wheels yet u are missing out on some good stuff because there no another place like them that u will get u money worth paying because u will get large portions that so good u will go back for more so go see them in downtown Henderson Ky at 130 N. Water street i recommended everything but the loaded Mac & the loaded baked potato is so good u will be back for it again ~Blake H”

“Had dinner for my Birthday last Friday. I had the shrimp, baked potato and asparagus! That shrimp was the best I’ve ever tasted! We’ve been a few times and the food is always delicious! Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions! So glad to have this in Henderson!!!!”

“I was in Henderson, Ky for an Elk’s Hoop Shoot and was lucky to be able to taste the Frothy Monkey Coffee Roasters Brand…. DELISH ! Probably best coffee shop coffee I have had… Bold, smooth and no after bite. Stop in ROAST COFFEE BAR … I will be making a drive from Louisville, Ky to sample the many items in their shop. Looking forward to their canned Cold Brew! 5 ⭐️ plus”

“We usually like Fazolis, however we stopped yesterday to try the subs. Me and my husband got the Italian sub. $10 a piece. We got home and tried to eat them but they were so spicy we couldn’t. We both like spicy. But for one it didn’t say it was spicy, and for 2 it was entirely too spicy. They should advertise if it’s spicy! My daughter got the club, and it only had meat and cheese on it. That’s not what the picture showed. Waste of $30!!! Do better!!!”

“First time here deliver bulk load of rice meal was a little confusing as to where to go. In the evening you scale yourself in at the office bld. Then pull ahead off the scales and turn left. Go behind the buildings and make a right at the concrete barriers to make a loop around the parked trailers and then drive back to the front entrance near the guard shack. The bulk shed is next to the blue silos. Then rescale to get empty weight. Nice place to unload.”

“ordered our first pizza. got wings and 2 pizzas, $32. felt the wings were small and didn't get many. flavor was good for spicy one. pizza was more like a medium sized but tasted good not greasy. ingredient amount was awesome. Will get again. loved how you express your love for God on box.”

“The local Henderson pizza place everyone enjoys. Gets really load when full and service is usually good but slower. The pizza is a thin crust crispy throughout the small 2” square slices. They also have several other good things on the menu, the Stromboli is bussin’ too!

Kid-friendliness: There’s a few 80’s arcade games in here as well as a jukebox.”

“I have been going here since I was a child. Nacho has always been so kind, thorough, and welcoming. The food is delicious, service is usually great considering the small staff, and the decor is bright and authentic. Hands-down my favorite Mexican restaurant in town.”

“Overall typically fast service, friendly and polite workers, and no problems really but they can be slow at times. The drive through can get backed up easily. Also, one morning that I actually went in, there were a ton of people who ordered in advance just standing around waiting in the store for their orders, even though there were a bunch of completed orders sitting on the counter. I hadn’t ordered in advance but was waiting for like 20 minutes, and some of the people in there had been waiting before me. I had somewhere to be so I had to cancel my order and leave, but I heard from a friend who had ordered in advance that he waited for an hour. I think this was a particularly busy morning as it was Kentucky’s Election Day, but I think they needed a better system that day to handle all the business!”

“The Dariette is one of the very few soft ice cream places left. Their burgers, while small but thick, are delicious. We stop there for food or ice cream about once a week. Great burgers and great soft serve ice cream!”
