“Our waitress was extremely nice! The host was accommodating when my husband and I asked for a table, rather than a booth. Food was hot and delicious, though the popcorn shrimp was a little bland. We ordered their crab rangoons and they were amazing - better than any Chinese restaurant we've eaten at! Can't wait to go back!“
“Food used to be way better, this time there was so much empty space on the sandwich where in The past chicken would be falling out.Service was practically slow, no refills, mixing tables up trying to drop off a check before we ever got food, then hard to get our check when we had ate. It still has potential but I won't be picking to go back anytime soon“
“This is a great little kid friendly tap house. Sunday's kids eat free and they have a couple arcade games for them to play. You seat yourself and they have all of their available beers posted on the wall behind the beer. I personally enjoy their Sliders and tater tots with cajun seasoning and hubby likes the Kentucky Bourbon classic burger with tots as well. There's multiple TV's and the food is overall good bar food. The staff is always super nice. We've been here several times while visiting Lexington over the past year+ and we've yet to be disappointed!“
“This place has good food and drinks and fun atmosphere but the only thing I would change is for the servers to stop making us feel rushed. They keep asking every couple of minutes if “you’re done with that” and then just eventually take the things anyways. Other than that this place is great.“
“Went to watch an LSU women's game. The bartender had it on but was nice enough to change the TV across from me to the game. I got Korean BBQ on the shrimp. Good portions and the sauce is great! The white chicken pizza was a little over done from one's I've had in the past at Louisville locations but still good flavor. Asked for Ranch and didn't have to wait long. There were not many people in the bar area and it was pretty chill.“
“Tremendous. I got the pork-out plate. Pulled pork, both spicy and Mild kielbasa and ribs plus two sides. Ample portions, and I would 'pit' the quality of this barbecue against any of the best in the seven states I have lived. Even Kansas City. The cook here is a pro. “On 3/15/24, my husband and I had a delightful date night at this new pizza spot. Despite sparse parking near the campus, we lucked out during spring break. We sampled a beer flight and savored the old world-style “drunken mushroom” pizza, along with a Caesar salad and hot honey chicken wings. The food was served promptly and deliciously. The casual ambiance of the spacious interior, coupled with immediate service due to the few customers present, added to our enjoyment. The house-made dressings elevated the flavors significantly. We’d easily rate it 10/10 and would return, though we wish they offered cauliflower or gluten-free options. Their pizza-by-the-slice option is perfect for those not looking to commit to a whole pie. There is also a shared restaurant inside that serves late night food options, but it was closed due to spring break. Regardless, it is definitely worth checking this place out.“
“Millie Is the absolute most beautiful woman you'll ever lay your eyes on. Not only is she on the outside, She is so sweet and wonderful and beautiful on the inside. Such a pleasure to have her as a waitress. She makes you feel right at home with everything just so sweet. He was so pleasant and cheerful, despite being the ONLY employee in the building during a lunch rush. Greeting customers, taking orders, cooking, and delivering food to tables with a smile. “I placed a catering order for my daughter’s sweet 16. Shaq was great! He gave me his recommendations to where I did not over spend. The owner then called me and did the same thing so I know they aren’t money hungry. I ordered the perfect amount. Everything was great! I would do it again in a heartbeat.“
“Stumbled upon this place while in town for a UK campus tour. Service was quick, food was amazing, and it was affordable. Going to have to come back later and try the burger. I got the fish fillets but the family raved about the burgers. Also, the owners were beyond kind and accommodating ❤️“

“Usually I'm a Grimes goer, but hitting up the original joint is always nice. Not a fan of their tenders. That's where Grimes has them beat. The fried mushrooms are juicy, hot, and thrown into the fryer as soon as you order them. Good stuff. And of course the bone-in thighs are the star of the place. They offer keels which are a fantastic alternative to breasts. Much less bones to remove. Awesome spot!“
