Well let's start how when you order an expresso the cashier tell you they can't add it in a Frappuccino other places does .and while was waiting for my order the worker there was going on rampage how she is under paid and over worked and the management did not train the right way and the manager on duty was just kept righting in the manger lon while she was ranting in front of customers so very unprofessional her name was chris this had to be embarrassing for the customers...read full review
Spent a few hours here on Thanksgiving Day (working) and the staff were amazing. I asked them if I could sit and use wi-fi for a bit, on the laptop. It was no issue.Even though they had to work a holiday they all were in great moods. They cleaned the lobby, took care of customers, and made the best of thier time.
