Great cookies, fast service.
Had a small problem with an order, and it was rectified quickly and from the nicest manager I have ever interacted with. I would say her name, but I am terrible with names and already don’t remember. But she was working around 1pm 7/16/2026. She deserves a raise! She is a keeper, Insomnia!
Yo hats off to conner and Hunter I believe we're their names we ordered 6 cookies got home and we opened the box to 12 cookies! The team gave us extra I would assume due to closing soon and they were all warm!!! I called the store to thank them personally 10/10 service!
