I ordered bourbon from them on a Wednesday night. Website states orders will be ready at 3pm on the Friday of the same week. I show up Friday at 3:05pm with the door locked. Bartender lets me in and looks for my order and it’s not there. Acts like it’s a big inconvenience to him. Still no word if or when my order will be ready.
Ordered a bottle of bourbon through them on their website on a Wednesday night. Their website specifically states all orders from the same week will be available to pick up at the bar after 3pm on Fridays. I show up at 3:05pm on that Friday to pick up my order and the door is locked. Pull on the door several times and the bartender is there and kindly lets me in.
